Travelling to Ukraine these days is not something to be taken for granted. This makes Ukrainians all the more delighted to welcome visitors. Lviv is a beautiful, old city and as an Austrian I felt immediately at home. My stay was dramatic due to an air raid, but there is a shelter in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and even sent me some clothes that I had left behind in the wardrobe. I say thank you and will be back. Slava Ukraini!

The room was clean and well built, all the small things you need or want was there.. the shower was amazing! But... The BEST thing- the bed was Perfect!!! I was willing to stay another night for it, and not hear any alarms :) worth it for sure !

The didnt have bacon at breakfast and the eggs felt like its from a bottle, just like some other things for an hotel that good. But, all the rest of our stay was amazing so its not that important and i will stay here again if i will be in the area! Super recommended.

The breakfast was adequate but limited choices of hot food perhaps typical for continental hotels. The location is in a residential area that is quiet. Walking from Train station is about 20 min but some uphill effort at the end. Walking to town is manageable 30 min. Good to have a small convenience/grocery shop two min away. We were delivered and picked up by a friend and parking is convenient. Communication with staff was easy. They are friendly and provide good information including where to go in case of emergencies and sirens (air strike).

Breakfast could have more choices. The air quality in the neighborhood was good but became smelly along major road approaching the city due to car exhausts. A face mask can help.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near the train station and it's easy and quick to get to when you arrive to Lviv by train. The team is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is quite good. There's also a affordable late checkout option.

Some things are broken here and there. We discovered that our room safe didn't work and they couldn't fix it, so they upgraded us to a better room that had a working safe. But there some lights were broken. But overall nothing major.

The hotel staff did their best to speak English with me, which was appreciated! The 8pm-8am room service menu was fantastic. I ordered the salmon option which was very nice and very welcomed after spending 12 hours on trains from Debrecen. I really enjoyed the smart TV - it was lovely to connect my YouTube to the tv and settle down after such a long day travelling. The shower was great and I appreciated the size of the room. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel for 12 hours after check-out, which saved us a lot of hassle. Will 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lviv.

N/A - perfect stay.

This is a gem of a place. A new building with modern facilities. Reception 24/7, very friendly. Lift(elevator) large, modern, clean and fast. Room spotless, with fabulous en-suite and copious hot water shower. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived by taxi, so we didn't have a problem, but it looked like parking might be a little bit of a challenge.

The hotel is brand new (only couple years since its opening) and you can see it clearly: everything feels almost brand new & fresh. The location of the hotel is also good: close to train station & to the city center (both in walking distance or 10mins by car). The included breakfast is good with multiple meals options (even though the dining room is quite small).

The only thing that was off during this stay was the fact that room recommended for solo travelers is actually an attic room with only 2 small windows up on the ceiling. (it wasn’t clear from the pictures of the room as mainly property provides images of full size windows - thus entering a room with no usual windows was a bit of a shock). As a side note, if you’ll decide to walk to the hotel’s location, bare in mind that the road to hotel is quite bumpy and not super comfortable to walk, especially if you have a big suitcase.

It was very good and clean. Bathroom was modern clean and nice.

I liked everything. To make it to 10 points I'd add some nice lights in the rooms to make it more cosy :) breakfast could use some variety. However all of this is just when you look closely to find minuses. Otherwise it's great hotel. Staff,location,rooms and food,all great. Stayed there for few times already.

Administrator took photo on my passport to her personal phone and explained that it's by "Hotels policy". It's not secure in any of acceptable ways.

The room is pretty big, well-equiped and has everything necessary for the stay. There is a parking space in front of the hotel but not very big so there is the chance there will be no place for your car if you arrive late (though I was able to find a parking slot nearby). They also have a decent night menu which saved us because we arrived around 12 pm and were super hungry. The breakfast is pretty good.

Nothing to complain
