Beautiful hotel, well appointed lobby, nice space for small or large group. My suite was beyond reasonably priced, spacious, clean and so comfortable!! The black lady who served breakfast the first morning I was there was lovely, so accommodating, friendly and attentive! Wish I could remember her name! All front desk personnel were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn’t care for, some housekeeping members standing right outside the breakfast room, trash talking guests and other workers. The Hispanic breakfast attendant was the worse!!

We loved this hotel. The location is great. The rooms are big and I loved the little kitchenette and living room. The breakfast was awesome- we loved making our own fresh waffles every morning. Will stay here again.

Suite was as we expected, very clean and spacious. We liked that the kitchenette and sofa were separate from the bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of selections every day. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to us.

Bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. We both have back problems and woke up with back pain everyday. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. The toilet was VERY low. I have a bad back, and having to stoop down to use the toilet was painful. Also, we would have liked to have a pool onsite, This hotel is considered to be 1 of the better ones in Morgantown, yet it doesn't have the same amenities as most of the others

The room was clean and had plenty of room. Actually had 2 rooms and the bathroom too. As you walk in there's a small living room and kitchenette that's nice to have. The microwave and small frig is helpful while being out of town. The coffee maker is tiny. If you like more than 2 cups of coffee in the morning you'll have to go down and get some more for free where you can get a yummy muffin too.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste but the pillows were really soft and comfy. This is my second time staying here. The second room had carpeting. I'm not a fan of carpet but it was clean. We enjoyed our one night stay both times.

The room was a suite with an entry room like a living space with a couch, TV, desk and coffee table which was very nice. A kitchenette with microwave, frig, sink and a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, TV and settee. The bed was very comfortable. We were in Morgantown for a doctor visit at WVU Medicine and the location was great, only 4 minutes away. Breakfast was okay with sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, apples, cereal, yogurt, waffle making machine. I'm picky about breakfast and I want my food well done and hot so I only ate yogurt but my husband liked it okay. Coffee is good and hot.

We like gravy and biscuits for breakfast but I wouldn't consider it a negative against the hotel...just one of our likes. The curtains in the room needed some attention. One was torn and off track and the sheers didn't keep the light out as we like to sleep in total darkness. Would have been nice to be able to close the drapes and it would have taken care of that.

The room was very large with separate living room and bedroom. The bed was firm and comfortable. We had a room on 2nd floor and the elevator was spacious and clean and was quick enough that you didn't have to stand waiting for a long time. Everything seems to be clean and very well maintained - they were painting baseboards in the morning. Breakfast was simple continental (i.e., no eggs and bacon), but they do have a waffle maker which makes really yummy waffles.

The bar was closed and the beers for sale at the front desk was limited to Budweiser. I would have bought an IPA if they had one. Also, the wine selection was limited to Chardonay (wife is not a fan) but with some others perhaps they would have had another sale.

Nice hotel, clean, spacious room ,great price

The hotel itself is really nice the only complaint I really have is there could be more luggage carts. When we arrived after a five hour trip there were no carts available and we had to wait atleast 30 minutes for one to become available. Breakfast is disappointing, there’s never really anything but fruit , yogurt & waffles available from what I’ve seen. We have stayed here plenty of times and the staff have always been friendly and inviting but this last trip was different. The lady working the front desk during check out acted like it was a complete inconvenience to her that we walked up to the counter and she even made a smart remark to my husband. I understand everyone has bad days but that’s very unprofessional to treat guests that way. Other than that our stay was good.

I liked how big and cozy the room was. The bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Our king-sized room had 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the sitting room. Also included refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was a decent size and very clean!! The breakfast was delicious. They had a waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and the best muffins ever! Check in was very easy, the employee was very friendly and helpful.

I wish I was in town for more than just one night. I would have loved to stay an extra night or so. If I'm ever in this are again, I will definitely be staying here again.

My husband had open heart surgery at Ruby & the hotel was 1-2 mins away from the hospital. The bed was comfortable, it was clean, the staff was excellent, the price was very reasonable, & the lobby is beautiful. If I ever have to stay in Morgantown again, this hotel will definitely be my 1st pick!

As I was showering, the water kept getting cold. The breakfast could have more variety of items. There’s a waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, bread, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, & yogurt. It looks like with all the food that is available, it’s very limited on flavors/variety

Beautiful, nice friendly staff, clean

Because I used my booking .com I had to have an extra amount for my stay (that was returned the next morning). It was due to having an early morning hospital appointment that I had to get a room, (it just would not have been practical living 4hrs away to start my trip midway of the night.) We arrived late and left early. Just wasn’t prepared or told that there would be an extra deposit required.
