Very heartfelt and Professional Service! I was there with my family and my mom who is not mobile anymore. The whole staff was very helpful and caring. The hotel itself is beautiful and tasteful place located in the middle of nature, mountain and the sea!

A group of exterior guests (100 persons) really destroyed the whole dinner buffet. They behaved like hedges. It was a lot of stress and noise. There was nothing left to eat than some rests. It was awful. My family and me could not have a proper dinner, but had to pay the full price.

Our stay at ROYAL TULIP KORBOUS BAY THALASSO & SPRINGS Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and excellent service. The hotel's beautiful beachfront location offered views and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious spotless and tastefully decorated ensuring a stay. The dining options at the restaurants exceeded our expectations with a selection of dishes to please every palate. The pool area was spotless. The staff was always attentive to our needs. Overall, our time at ROYAL TULIP KORBOUS BAY THALASSO & SPRINGS Hotel was truly remarkable. We are already looking forward to another memorable getaway!

My initial impression of the receptionists, Hanadi and Saba, was outstanding. The management is incredibly fortunate to have such exceptional professionals. Their hospitality and customer service skills are top-notch—they are welcoming, friendly, immensely helpful, and always exude warmth with their smiles. The rooms are impeccably clean and hygienic, with fresh scents throughout the hotel. Room service is exceptionally prompt. The poolside service is exceptional, with a highly skilled team that excels in customer care.

The food is good, with great variety and taste. However, I expect a broader selection to cater to international tourists. The stay is reasonably priced, but the additional charges for dinner and lunch are exorbitant.

Burkini was not allowed which is discriminational , since burkini is made of the same swimming suit fabric so i dont see a reason for prohibiting it in the pool . I Was planning to come back in summer for a longer stay but since we swim with burkini we look for a place that can welcome us the way we are .

Not only did this hotel meet, but it exceeded all our expectations. We’re immensely proud to have such a world-class establishment right here in Tunisia.

I never visited a 5-Star hotel recently, so of course i was excited to get this accommodation for 120 Euro for 2 people. It is situated at a remote place, so it was good we had our own car. I was the very only person at the pool place at 5pm.

I am not used that my suitcase is taken away by the hotel personal without asking me and letting me know! I can take care of my small suitcase myself! I was even thinking i left it somewhere.

The staff was nice and cooperative.and the food was nice

The atmosphere was full of flies...We couldnt eat easily ..The buffet that was included in our stay was full of varieties, but the staff could control the flies which cover most of the food..In addition there was no cattle as mentioned in the rooms to make coffee or tea..The balconey was missing the hangars for our swimming dtesses.The pillows were not comforrable

The whole stayed at Royal Tulip Korbous was great. At the reception, Sofiane greeted and helped us accommodate with our stay, excellent customer service. The room was we had gave us perfect view of the Mediterranean sea and the pool. All areas were very clean. Food was super delicious, great variety, great presentation, and we enjoyed after our dinner,the pine nuts tea at the little tea place I definitely recommend this hotel and we do plan to go back.

I would have liked that more of the staff members to communicate in English Better snack selection at the pool section

The view is absolutely amazing, beautiful sunset . The staff working in the restaurant are extremely nice and helpful. The food is great mix between international and local tunisian cuisine and the sweets are on another level . we were super happy

We had an issue during the check in we discovered that burkini is not allowed. It was not mentioned in the website during the booking. We booked the hamam in the spa but it was not a great experience, we didn't like the hamam and the massage was not good as expected.

We loved the view, the location, the thermal water pools, and how relaxing the whole vibe was. The friendly staff too!

The food was not the best in terms of quality/flavor - Specially for the high price tag! Could use more variety too. Gym not too well equipped either .. Facilities a bit worn out in one of the rooms but the staff was able to act on most of it!
