The resort is beautiful and the staff lovely. It was very luxurious to have so many pools to choose from - we liked that the lap pool is in the shade in the afternoon. During our stay we had no problems securing a deck chair or cabana in our preferred spot. We also had plenty of dining options to choose from and never had to wait for a table. Our room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3. We also participated in a couple of fitness classes offered by the resort which were fun and the gym was well-equipped. Most nights the resort quietened down from about 9pm which is appreciated when travelling with children.

The resort is not in the main area of Nusa Dua so you need transport if you want to venture anywhere besides the resort beach area (accessed by shuttle bus on the hour).

You can live in a 5star resort with all the facilities. The breakfast is awesome also I tried there all kitchens and all are yummy testes. Pool was great and also the resorts have all facilities you looked for. I loved it and will go again to stay there.

No currency exchange and no view to ocean. There is nothing near by, you have to book a cab to go for anything. Renaissance should be do some activity and dance events to attract there customer. Nothing like that just a dead place to stay. If you want to promote your hotel have to do few events for your customer and it's dead place after sunset.

- Hospitality, the staff are so well trained and so accompanying! We felt as if we met lots of friends during our stay there. A big shout out to Dy, Yuni, and Cintya for taking care of us during our stay❣️ - The food is to die for! The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.

Location - it's far from the beach and the main street. There's only 1 shuttle to the beach and Bali collection each hour. It would be much better if this can be altered to at least once in 15 mins or even twice an hour. The van was always full and the hotel taxi was in high demands too. If you miss the van then you'll have to wait, or call a taxi that runs by meters. However, you can get a bike from the spa for 2 hours if you'd like to explore around.

I want to thank the entire hotel staff for an unforgettable vacation! We initially planned to stay at the hotel for 10 days and then travel to different areas, but we liked it so much that we ended up staying at the hotel for a total of 3 weeks! And it was the right decision! We especially want to thank Mr. Vovan for the first-class service! Hospitality and attentiveness to our wishes were fulfilled by 101%! His exceptional commitment truly made our stay extraordinary. Thanks to assistant Lolita for her help throughout the vacation! Her kindness and efficiency ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. We've been to many places, but we've never seen such quality service anywhere else! The dedication and professionalism of the staff were second to none. Thanks to the beach men, especially Devi, for their attentiveness to guests! Their vigilance and warmth added to the comfort and enjoyment of our days by the sea. Thanks to the entire team working in the restaurant! We felt like we were part of a big family! The food was always superb, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Thanks to Nanik and Juan for the high-quality service at breakfast! Despite the high workload, the whole team worked amazingly fast! Mornings were always a joy thanks to their care and attention. Thanks to the pool bar team! Especially would like to highlight Yandi! Their creativity and energy made our poolside moments special. Thanks to trainer Yurip for cool yoga and Pilates workouts! His expertise and enthusiasm made our fitness sessions both fun and rewarding. We will definitely come back!

Breakfast was the absolute highlight, we looked forward to it every morning - incredible selection and variety, I've never seen a breakfast buffet like it before. Delicious and even included barista made coffee! Also loved the beds, very comfortable, I slept so well. Nice decor, wonderful staff - shout-out to Rio and Budi who were so attentive and lovely to chat with! The pool area was so good we barely left, we meant to go out and do things but it was SO relaxing, comfortable, and stress-melting to lie in the pool bed thingies and order food/cocktails and relax 😍

Whilst the dinner food was okay, it could have been better quality (breakfast far exceeded dinner in quality). Cocktails weren't as well balanced as they could be - they were solid, not bad, but not great (e.g. mojitos were pretty good, espresso martini was solid but a little too sweet, many of them slightly too syrupy/sweet). I'm being very nitpicky just to provide feedback, though - overall everything was wonderful :) also we have high cocktail standards!

I loved absolutely everything about this property. from the moment that you drive through those front gates It is luxury at its finest. I think my favourite would have to be the never-ending buffet breakfast ( even if you’re not a breakfast person ) just to name a few ,they have an egg station where you could have your eggs cooked in every way possible, Asian cuisine, Indian and western cuisine, a cheese station, fresh fruit and freshly made juice station, waffles, pancakes and crêpes station which has every single topping and spread possible.

The one really frustrating and annoying thing I didn’t like was that there were lots of very late Chinese arrivals (12pm-3am) and they were very rude and loud. They would stand out in the hallways laughing and carrying on whilst the children were running up and down the hallways and we’re never told Off which resulted in me having to go out and tell them off several times.

Our recent stay was simply wonderful, and I can't thank you and your team enough for providing us with such a memorable visit. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request made during our stay even more special. The pools, spa, restaurant, kids area, including the rooms were very luxurious and modern. The staff were always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated a beautiful decoration with red rose petals done in our room on our request at a very short notice organised by the Hotel, which added a unique touch to our vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our time at the hotel unforgettable. All the staff at the Reception, Backstage, Lava Land, Bell boys, room assistants in your hotel are wonderful, however, I would like to highly commend few of your outstanding staff members, Dy, Wulan, Sri, Andrew, Meyla, Listi and Mang Ade. During our recent stay at your Resort, they all went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, and their dedication deserves special recognition. They were always helpful and quick to respond to our requests, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a friendly attitude. Their beautiful smile, hospitality and attention to detail made us feel valued and welcome. They all played a significant role in making our stay enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their efforts. There was nothing which I didn't like, we liked every bit of this resort.

It is a beautiful resort, however check in and drink service is slow. Loved the lap pool, felt like we nearly always had it to ourselves. Favourite staff member was Unita. very hard working and great to talk to, perhaps another bartender would help in that particular bar. Breakfast was fantastic, I recommend you sit in the air conditioned restaurant, you can still enjoy food from both. Floors in the rooms could be kept a bit cleaner, they were a bit grimy and slippery and when I wiped over them, my cloth was very dirty. We had our own driver and hotel staff were not very polite to him. Overall a wonderful stay, loved the freestanding bath and the friendliness of most of the staff.

Slow drink service. Hotel staff being rude to my private driver, we like seeing all people respected. It's a little far away but most water sport companies provide free transport.

Staffs were proactive on 2 occasions when I experienced items misplaced and communication was a breeze with the Watsapp application. Thankful that the items were returned to me safely. They were attentive to our needs & requests, including my kid. Activities in the kid's club were engaging and my little one enjoyed it very much. Breakfast spread is awesome with lots of choices to pick from. I personally like the freshly made masala dosa and pancake. Not sure if I have seen miso soup but I certainly liked the soto ayam soup with spinach noodles. Buggy service to the Spa is a great plus. The blue pea kombucha in purple is an unique refreshing welcome drink that my family remembers. Service staffs at the restaurants were polite and patient to explain the ingredients of the dishes that were new to us. Overall, it's been a great stay and thanks to all the service staffs!

Availability of payment by Wise card will be great. Privilege for hotel charges for members is not applicable unless the booking is not through a 3rd party platform. It would have been better if the area at the beach is separated by smoking and non smoking preferences. Water sports activities can't be charged to the hotel as they are independent providers. It's a good option to be able to do so if I haven't brought enough cash or credit card to the beach. Some hiccups with the transfers and we wait for more than an hour for pickup as we couldn't get into the scheduled transfer which is fully packed.
