Nice spacious room, very clean

No airport shuttle after 11 pm, had to call a taxi which cost me 50 bucks. This was disappointing for an airport hotel.

I started calling for pickup from airport before 11pm, no one would pickup. Continued calling, as we were a 70 year old couple feeling insecure standing on street at 11pm. At 5 after, they picked up and said they stop shuttling at 11. I said “how convenient” and he said “miss, if u don’t stop yelling at me, I can’t help”. No yelling was involved at all. Cost us $40 for taxi, we could have gotten 25 minutes earlier. He also acted aggravated next morning when we asked for coffee. It was made, just not brought out. Overworked? Maybe, but not a good employee for sure.

Joseph was extremely friendly at the front desk. We had just landed from a 17 hour flight from overseas and he greeted us a a warm friendly smile. The property is very spotless and so convenient to the airport. The location is perfect. We’ve stayed here before and I had forgotten until we pulled up and was happy we were staying again. It was a wonderful experience the last time as well. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk were accommodating plus they were friendly. The rooms were spacious with a nice color brown scheme. I enjoyed how the bathrooms had soap dispensers in the shower stall so I didn't have to bring my own soap. Holiday Inn had a great breakfast options unlike La Quinta, I was pleased with the hot breakfast fresh food. My favorite selection for the food were the cinnamon rolls, Baco, including the potatoes. The rooms had perfect size beds not to mention I loved how I could feel safe in the room. I also love how the hotel has a no gun policy that makes the hotel even a safe property to always go to. The shuttle driver Jeremy will always have a special place in my heart because he saw me sitting outside behind another building, he gave me $5 so I could buy something to eat at the store. Alexondra also was a sweetheart to me because he made sure I had food to eat plus he also gave an extra bag for my blankets I bought into the hotel. Salia the Hawaiian lady was also accommodating towards Mr plus we had a conversation about her relatives who she said are related to High Chief Peter Mavis who is the grandfather of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. I told her about my relatives I had found out I was second distant cousins with bassist Robert Trujillo fro Metallica as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody I know since it has the best staff plus the manger Jessica had a compassionate side of her that other managers in other hotels don't. I appreciate everything the staff had done for me during my stay.

I wish the price for the room wasn't so expensive I would say the price should be less than $135. There's nothing else I didn't like just the price was expensive but it was worth it.

The breakfast area was easy to find, well marked and nicely staffed to remain stocked. We enjoyed the selection of foods and particularly enjoyed the omelets and biscuits.

We had to wait for coffee to be refilled. The hotel had a lot of guests & the coffee was emptied quickly. I would suggest offering hot water as well, for those who wish to have tea.

The location was great and the room was really clean. The lady working the front desk was really sweet and welcomed us. The pool was also nice and spacious.

The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport that afternoon was very rude. He accused me of calling the wrong hotel and wanted me to "prove" that I called the right one by showing him the phone number I called. He also smarted off to my mother who is hard of hearing by telling her that he asked her something four times. I was not happy with him. The shuttle driver we had the morning we checked out was wonderful.

Great location, easy landing, helpful staff, the pool was a great temperature, the beds and spacing of the room was ideal, the breakfast was less than amazing, but the breakfast staff was so nice!

The breakfast had so many filler ingredients - so much corn starch, thickeners, preservatives. The quality of the food is really different from any I have experienced with this company before. I think an overhaul of the food, with fresh and healthy, real ingredients would make this place the perfect stay!

The property was clean, very friendly staff. It was almost the perfect location, centralized to our activities while visiting with my family during spring break.

Maybe it’s only this way in a select few rooms but the bathroom was very small in our room. We didn’t need a large bathroom but to some it may be a big deal you have to stand between the toilet and shower to open the door from inside the bathroom.

The front desk staff were super friendly and inviting. The location was perfect as I needed to travel to AA Headquarters. A shuttle was provided from the airport to the hotel and also to Headquarters. The breakfast was nice and my room was clean and tidy.

The front desk clerk at check in told me they would place a $35 charge on my credit card for incidentals. They instead placed a $75 charge. She was not too friendly. Upon entering The toilet paper holder in room 313 was on the floor. It had come loose and was just left on floor. We reported this to desk on departure. The gentleman at check out was very nice. Sure beat the evening lady!
