the food was excellent and the location has access to shopping and main highway. The hotel is a designer hotel and very fancy. Beds were comfortable

the parking is the next door garage and it cost $45 a night. Hotel is in a very crowded area and getting in and out with the car was taking too much time. The staff were not as nice as the hotel was. Generally it is too pricy for what it is.

From cleanliness, location, to the size of the room, everything was exceptional. Even though, it's not at downtown, it's perfectly located near a hub of factory outlets of big brands and there are so many cafes around the area, so finding food and shopping is absolutely sorted. There's a train station nearby, accessible on foot as well to get to downtown. Overall, we had an amazing time here.

Everything was great. Breakfast could be better. The options are very limited and turn around at the buffet table was slow. Also, tea/ coffee is not included in the breakfast buffet.

The town center with GOOD shopping, metro, accessibility to running trails along Charles River, ease of access to the city center / air port. Breakfast, bar, pool, room all very modern! Cuisine was affordable and hours were late & hotel was a “destination.”

The couches in lobby are not for industrial use - the cushions in the lobby were overused / cushions flat. Chairs were OK. Suggest Italian industrial strength sofas for lobby. Wish we had booked more tours via Booking & that hotel recommended it. We want to travel to Nantucket in the future - suggest a travel concierge desk for those who are new to the city and need resources to get around.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, the rooms were cleans and spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The coffee bars and pastries available to everyone were so delicious and convenient. The pool was great, and overall a fantastic stay for families.

The valet was incredibly helpful, but ya know it adds up fast per night wish the credit could be used towards parking/valet as well.

The food was fresh, a good size portion, and very good

I think the host/hostess should give each entering person/party menus immediately so it’s clear that the food in the buffet is one option and that there are other specific breakfast options. When I first came in and saw the buffet I didn’t know if it was a fixed price buffet as the only Breakfast opportunity that could include eggs/pancakes/waffles. It was only once I finally got the menu that I saw there were separate and different possibilities.

The hotel enjoys a central location, providing convenient access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining establishments. The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable.

Unused daily $25 credits should accumulate and be available for use until the final day of the stay, as some days were dedicated to off-property sightseeing and dining.

The facilities and employees are exceptional. I hope you get the pleasure of meeting the Front Desk Supervisor, Deepak Thapa. She by far exceeded all expectations with kindness, understanding, compassion, and care. My daughter came down ill during our stay. Ms. Deepa was so empathetic, kind, and just amazing, helping me in every way she could. Their customer service is top notch. Will definitely be a repeat visitor.

Absolutely everything!

The fact I "lost" my wallet there. FOR SURE! So they should have been able to pull the cameras easily.. they were deff hiding somthing because the 1st lady i asked said "we don't have male staff at night" when I had told her 2 men came up to me outside the "hotel" while I was smoking & asked if I was "okay"? I said yeah.Then left? It's just weird that she was going to "take a look at the cameras" in her words.Then came out from out back where the cameras were& came out looking shocked 😶‍🌫️ with no answer??

Absolutely stunning and beautiful hotel. Felt like a high end spa. It smelled so good and everything was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, high quality linens, spacious, beautiful room and the bathroom was luxurious! Walk in shower, separate water closet, high end coffee maker, nice and quiet. I generally do not enjoy hotel stays, I’m never happy with the quality, this place however, was the exception. It’s perfect!! Beautiful, clean, high end finishes, very professional, friendly staff. Great location walking distance to great restaurants and shops and the water. I loved it!!

Loved everything!

Assembly Hall is a cool, new location just outside of Boston in Somerville. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood, so it doesn't feel finished. Lots of shopping and restaurants, plenty of breakfast options nearby. The hotel is sleek and modern with comfortable beds.

I did not like the $100 pet fee - it is outrageous! Hotels (like airlines now) are taking advantage of every opportunity to charge for extras. When my 10 pound shih tzu stays on the floor of my hotel room for about 12 hours, I don't understand why I am paying 30% over the room price!
