The breakfast was wonderful, the setting exceptional!

I was taken aback at having to pay for every cup of tea or coffee we had. Given the per night cost of this boutique hotel I fully expected refreshments freely available.

We have visited this hotel for lunch during many yeas in the past. It is the most tranquil and beautiful place imaginable. We decided to end our sailing season this year with a few days' relaxation here. The lovely staff welcomed us as if we were family, our room was comfortable, all the gardens just as attractive as ever, and the resident tortoises put in an appearance for us, too! The attractive pool, surrounded by typical menorca dry-stone walls, lush shrubs and trees and pretty flowers was still sufficiently warm to swim in. The meals were delicious, attractively presented and served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Biniarocca is a little piece of heaven, unique and special. It envelops its visitors in a magical warmth and tranquility rarely found elsewhere. The perfect tonic for anyone. Congratulations to all the staff who create such a wonderful ambience.

Location was really good. Somehow not far from supermarkets, towns, the airport - lots of great restaurants and places to visit. But still completely relaxed, quiet, filled with birdsong. Serene. The staff are all lovely and really make the difference.

The room we were in was lovely, but as it was in an old farmhouse there was some noise through the door when people went to their rooms or went up/down the stairs. Not a lot, but enough that we could hear it. The room itself was beautiful though with a great terrace on the first floor, a lovely place to lie in the sun.

The room was beautiful but being an older property it clearly suffered from damp and the smell of damp was quite strong. I found it quite difficult to enjoy the room. We went to bed at around 11.30pm 3 times in the night the internal phone rang. The last one being at 3am. By this point I was very fed up and unplugged the phone. So a terrible nights sleep. We had to leave very early the next morning to catch a flight so did not manage to seek explanation of the ringing in the night.

stunning, traditional hotel, very peaceful and relaxing. the whole team were excellent and so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner, the quality and attention to detail just stunning.

Beautiful farmhouse with loads of character. Well maintained gardens and swimming pools with lots of colour (and tortoises). Staff are all exceptional; very polished and friendly service from all management and waiting staff; fantastic food in the restaurant from chef and kitchen staff and immaculately clean rooms thanks to the housekeepers. Very peaceful and relaxing. We hope to get back soon.

Delicious breakfasts, room clean but basic and boring furniture just dotted round the room - pool absolutely lovely

Dinner was absolutely AWFUL - we ate there twice and never again. They will have to up their game if they want people to dine in. I think they were trying too hard and it didn't work - no one liked the dinners. Tough meat, sea bass was supposed to be on a bed of rosti potatoes and it was a brown mush - don't know what it was - really really not good at all. So we just had to eat out.

The breakfasts,Pool Bar(for drinks and light lunches )and staff were all excellent...as was the pool and gardens.

The evening meal menu is changed every three weeks...so during our stay of 2 weeks we did not experience a change of menu.Also it was in the nouvelle cuisine style...and whilst beautifully displayed and presented...was not our preferred style. For elderly visitors(like us) we had to use Taxi's to visit other parts of the island.They were however readily available.
