We had a lovely comfortable room, with a dual aspect and balcony. The bathroom was a lovely size and the shower was fabulous. We really liked the green toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of choice of hot and cold options. I also liked that the emphasis was on locally produced products. There was no excess packaging for butter or yogurt pots. The hotel location was lovely with a wonderful view of the Port of Mahon and in easy walking distance of the port And old town. I am sure we will be back to visit Menorca again.

Wonderful location, fantastic views, very clean, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, good breakfast (included in our stay), good buffet dinner, comfortable room, clean pool. Hotel is in a quiet location but only twenty min (approx.) walk into Mahon. This hotel appears to have a lot of return visitors and a loyal clientele. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is a little tired and needs upgrading in some areas but, given that we’ve all been through a pandemic with no one travelling or spending money, I’m sure the hotel will address this soon as they can. I would like the hotel to reiterate the ‘no smoking’ rule to guests, where possible. Despite being advertised as a no smoking hotel, some guests were intent on skulking around like teenagers and having ‘a crafty fag’.

The public areas are very smart but the first floor corridor is shabby in places.. There were nail holes in our door frame. The room was fine for size but as it is an old hotel the wooden furniture was well used. Breakfast is fantastic with all you could ever want. The hotel is on the cliff above the harbour so seaview from our terrace was great. There is also plenty of seating outdoors. The bed was very large but a bit lumpy in one place.There grounds are well kept and the pool area very clean. This is a big hotel used by tour groups. It serves lunch each day ,price? and a generous buffet dinner each night for 23 euros. We didnt try it. It is just a 10 minute walk directly into the centre for a wide range of restaurants but longer if you go by the port. There is a lift up from the port nearbye and one nearer the centre. The pinxos in the fish market stalls are highly recommended. A harbour sail is very enjoyable.

Fantastic views of the harbour with a lovely pool. Staff were very good. the blind in our room was broken when we arrived so we told reception and it was replaced within 2 hours. it was the first hotel in Menorca so is traditional, quite grand and peaceful despite being nearly full. The location on the edge of Mahon and short walk to the harbour is perfect for a relaxing break.

it is a bit old fashioned but that is part of its charm and we would definitely stay here again.

Great communication before arrival. Loved the online check in option in advance. Good location and the hotel looks great as freshly refurbished. Very effective air con. Good breakfast buffet too!

Our room was very small, much smaller than I had expected. With the extra bed for our daughter the 3 of us could barely get dressed/undressed in there without tripping over each other! Fine for 1 night, but not any longer.

Location is fabulous. Breakfasts are really good with the addition of a chef on hand to cook fresh eggs and omelettes.

Still some further refurbishment to be done and finishing off. But the refurbished rooms are much improved than when we last stayed 2 years ago.

We stayed in a standard twin room 233 which had a lovely view out over pool to harbour but we feel the bedroom interior needs upgrading. The beds and fitted furniture are pretty basic yet the shower room is super and could not be faulted.

The location was ideal, close to both the port and the town. Staff were all very nice and friendly, especially at reception and the bar. The pool was lovely and clean and there were ample sun loungers for all guests. Room was very nice and clean and restocked daily. Also the hotels efforts towards sustainability were very commendable - toiletries were in biodegradable packets and not plastic.

First a foremost the setting is spectacular; arguably some of the best views in the port. Also a special mention to the staff who work very hard to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as it can be.

The only real negative I can think of is the fact that there’s is only two coffee machines on the breakfast buffet, both are slow and cause queues.
