nice place for a quick stop in the heart of Viareggio, small room & bathroom but enough for 1 night stay. beach at 5min walk , many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, a nice " pinetta " park right across the street, wonderful view of the mountains . rich breakfast but the famous chocolate cake was not available, we hit the end of the season...friendly and helpful staff

size of the room

The staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was really central close to the train station, the beach and city centre. We really liked the breakfast with all the homemade pastries and nice staff. The hotel also gave us discount to the private beaches they co-operated with and even gave us beach towels to use. Would recommend for a stay in Viareggio.

Family hotel, extremely involved owner, hands on, paying attention to all our potential needs! Very close to the beach, clean and friendly rooms, spacious. Cleaning was done every day, towels changed whenever needed. They provide beach towels every day per request ( important if you try to travel light). The breakfast has a great variety of pastry and home made dessert. There is also fruit and salty, warm food. The coffee is great! But the real winner is to decide to have the other meals at the hotel :-). We had dinner which was provided on demand only for hotel guests, Italian cuisine that you can experience, different, every day, excellent food. Bonus, you get to taste the other dishes, beside the menu that you ordered.

All the streets in Viareggio are quite noisy day and night, due to scooters, cars and noisy people. If you prefer to sleep with open windows, you cannot do this. We had to keep windows closed and air conditioning on, luckily the thermostat worked just fine so we were not troubled by the AC.

The hotel is in a very good location; close to the beach, next to a wood and close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English (I don’t speak Italian). Rooms were clean. Hotel was peaceful and relaxing.

The host Paula gives us a great welcome. The hotel is spotless clean with roomy bedrooms and bathroom areas. Our stay was only for one night - Paula give us information to enable us to get around - visit the beach and find somewhere to eat in the evening. The information booklet in the bedroom is comprehensive. The location is within walking distance of railway and beach. There is a nice sitting area outside the hotel. There is a park area to the side of the hotel. A good ristorante is just up the road - good food and wine at reasonable costs. Nothing at all to dislike about the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing- thank you for the variety! I came to the hotel on crutches after a bike accident. The wonderful owner asked if I needed a wheelchair-she could lend me one🤗. I was able to enjoy Viareggio while my husband pushed me around in the chair. THANK YOU for the generous attention. Thank you for the coffee at night on the patio - it was the perfect end to our day! i wish you a prosperous summer season after a tough two years!

Very close to the promenade in Viareggio. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. A wonderful selection of fresh fruit, croissants, savoury food, cold cuts and cakes. The torto al cioccalato was amazing 😋

It was small and felt like it was family run. Great location and in the park nearby you can hire bicycles which are cheap. The staff were lovely. The rooms were fine.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was very good.

Unfortunately group tour of teenager soccer players staying stayed up until 2am banging doors. Not the fault of hotel though.

Before we came to Viareggio, we stayed in the center of La Spezia for 6 nights. The walls of the appartment were thin and there was a lot of noice from outside. Then we stayed for 2 nights in hotel Vittoria (Viareggio). It was a very good bed with good pillows ... and silents! We slept like babies! The staff behind the desk and the lady at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. We felt welcome! The breakfast was amazing. We choosed this hotel because I saw at the photos that there was also bread with eggs and bacon and fresh fruit. Because we don't like the Italian breakfast with "torta". Normally, we never eat "torta" in the mornings, but we tried the "torta con albicocche" and it was amazing! This hotel was for us 10/10.
