This is nice new hotel (though built in a vintage style on the site of the old Admiral hotel). It has an impressive lobby area The room was nice and the staff friendly. Breakfast was also good. If your room is on a higher floor and faces east you will have a great view of Manila Bay.

The hotel is located in a somewhat challenging neighborhood. There are not many good restaurants or shops within walking distance - though there are many a short taxi ride away it is difficult to hail a taxi in the area, thus Grab is much recommended. The hotel charges 5 star prices but because of its location and smaller scale cannot quite match top hotels in Makati or BGC where there are more restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Good location, close to the airport, clean, spacious room, friendly staff.

Unfortunately the hotel coctail bar was closed for private events all 3 nights we spent in Manila, including Saturday and Sunday. The room service was good but slow, 20 min = 1.30 hours. The transport from the airport arranged by the hotel was 8 times more expensive than the ride from the hotel to the airport (also arranged by the hotel).

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had beautiful decor. The rooms were very spacious, had super soft beds and the free coffee was delish. The VIP lounge access was fabulous! The happy hour was fantastic: great food and drinks! The staff were great as well! Shoutout to Kathy at the front desk and Michelle, the manager, for taking care of us. Will definitely be back!

The room facilities were very good, as one may expect from a 5-star hotel. An overall glamorous hotel but it misses the warmth of a hotel like the Marco Polo Hotel, to name one.

A 5,000 php room deposit per night, paid at arrival in addition to the room rate. It's a very fancy and glamorous hotel but misses the warmth I appreciate in other hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with beautiful views and a truly perfect stay. Everything was well taken care of, and the breakfast was excellent too.

The only downside was the noise from the neighboring room. The guests next door played loud music on portable speakers until late in the evening and started again early in the morning, which made it hard to relax and get proper rest. Also, the spa service seemed quite expensive. We had a complimentary 10-minute massage, and while it was a nice gesture, it didn’t feel any better than what you can get from more affordable massage places elsewhere.

The hotel is lovely and staff are super helpful. When my Grab to the airport from the hotel seemed to be stationary, the lovely woman at reception offered to book a Grab via her phone. The room is clean and comfortable. We ate at the buffet which had a good selection of food and had a special of 40% off making it around AUD$50 pp. The pool was great and the staff at the pool bar made nice cocktails using pickled ginger.

Prices for food and drinks were high. The location isn’t great…I thought I’d be able to walk beside the harbour but it was blocked off. It’s far from any decent restaurants or cafes.

The hotel looks very fancy and nice. The staff is super friendly, and the room is comfortable and spacious, with great Wi-Fi and an excellent table for working. There is a secret restaurant in the hotel, which makes the experience even better, and the breakfast is very good and rich. The staff is exceptionally nice. I’ve been to a few hotels in Manila, and this is the best.

The pool is very small, and the hotel doesn’t have anything nearby, so you need to use Grab. However, the roads are jammed all the time.

The hotel was great. It was close to the airport and main sites, and the rooms were very clean with everything you needed. They had their own teas which were nice, and these were provided free on charge in the room. There was also a coffee machine and cups if you wanted to take it away.

When I arrived they charged a deposit to my credit card, as well as the price for the 2 nights we stayed. We were told they would only charge the deposit. This was frustrating as I wanted to use a different card to pay. They apologised on check out. I paid for the 2 nights on a different card and they advised they would cancel the other charges on the different card, but this has still not happened despite me checking out several days ago. The other minor complaint is we wanted to go to the Ruby Red restaurant for dinner that is advertised on their website, however this was booked for a private function so we couldn't go. No staff told us this until we tried to go to the restaurant for dinner.

The room is very nice, comfortable bed and nice facilities. The rooftop bar and pool are very pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very large and there are many options to choose from.

The second night we spent there, the AC was broken and fixed on 17°C, unfortunately it was 4 am when we got the room and we only mentioned in the morning, they promptly changed the room. Initially, they wanted to fully charge us for the night starting at 4 am, however the manager smartly decided to help us based on the situation and offered a great solution, thank you. The speakeasy bar was way too cold for us and the service was a bit too slow. A bit expensive for the price and the location in Malate is ok but not the best.

The rooms and staff were excellent. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. The staff made excellent accomodations for me. The room was beautiful and I truly believe the hotel is worth the cost.

The logistical organization seems to need work. I had made reservations for the in house resturaunt with the front desk for the following day and only after arriving for dinner did they tell me the entire restaurant was booked for a private event. Obviously this was upsetting and unfortunately this was not the only logistical issue I had.
