Our stay exceeded all expectations! The room was very clean and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly polite and welcoming. Breakfast was simply excellent – fresh croissants, yogurts, and juices, and the coffee was superb. We were pleased with the good internet and the availability of free parking spaces. The value for money is top-notch. The stunning view from the window added a special charm to our stay. We eagerly look forward to returning to this wonderful location!

The patio was very nice for relaxing in the evening while we sipped wine and listened to birds and church bells. The proprietor made us a reservation at a restaurant within walking distance that was very enjoyable. Breakfast was very nice!

It was clear that this was an unfinished room. it was clean, but the sink in the room was not finished and we had no refrigerator for our wine. The bathroom was very nice!

Lovely and friendly hosts, nice and cozy rooms, quiet and relaxing area!!! Excellent location, especially if you are a nature person. Even though you need a car to go places, it is worth it. Quiet and relaxing place where the hosts are just wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. One of the highlights of the holiday was meeting them. We found ourselves in a situation where we could not pick a rental car, so we took the train, and they immediately offered to come and pick us up from the train station. They found for us another rental company, which they called so we only had to go and pick up the car. They also drove us there. The room was very clean and we were asked if we wanted the sheets to be changed after few days. They did more than they had to, as hosts, without asking anything in return. Definitely going back!

Building conversion done to a very high standard of finish. Great design and materials. Immaculately clean. Hosts present and helpful but never obtrusive. Great breakfast - simple but very fresh. Excellent value stay.

Wifi internet conneciton was unreliable. Signal was weak and it often cut out. May have been a local infrastructure problem, and not the fault of the hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

Great B&B. We arrived at 10pm and were greeted in very friendly manner despite the late hour. The house is well sign posted so easy to find. A lovely breakfast was served in our room at 8am as requested. We slept very well in our comfortable and quiet room We will definitely return on our next trip on route to Tuscany.

Quaint, clean and comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended and made reservations at an excellent local.restaurant in the evening. A tasty breakfast was brought to the room in the morning..

Clean and quiet . Off in the country side , very few vehicles passing by . A special mention for a very good shower , the water pressure was excellent . Parking space just across the road .

The host was utmost friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I decided to visit the Serravalle outlet, which was only a 20 minute drive. The location is great and quiet. In 5 minutes by car there’s a town called Gavi. This is a lovely little town with great food. By night, the town looks like a fairytale with the castle on the rocks. I will definitely keep this B&B in my mind for next time.

Lovely B&B in a more secluded area of Italy. The breakfast was incredible and the lady there was lovely.

The bathroom had a bit of a bad smell, maybe the pipes?
