The location was very good, about a 25 minute walk from Old Town, and an even shorter walk to Forum Lviv, a shopping mall with everything imaginable (including a food court with lots of food choices for everyone). The hotel has an elevator, which is good if you have heavy bags. And the windows open so you can get good air flow into the room. There are also several convenience stores nearby. There wasn't too much street noise either. The staff were very helpful. They made sure I had a taxi ride to the train station during the early morning while the curfew was in place. The way they helped me with that really put my mind at ease.

The floors of the rooms are uncovered concrete so any movement of chairs is very loud. The staff were responsive when I told them about the scraping sound someone kept making in the room above me. I can imagine this might be a bigger problem though during a busier time of the year when the hotel has more guests.

Clean, modern, pleasant stuff. Functional amenities, decent room space. Great check in/out timings. You can crush in with your bag in the hotel lobby if you’re with luggage waiting for taxi etc. Wins on the price comparing to Airbnbs & other hotels. Quality and creative amenities elevating the boutique hotels game amongst other places in Ukraine. Perfect for digital nomads who don’t like to waste time running around city covering basic needs.

Anyway, the rooms are great.

Poor soundproofing, you can hear people talking on the phone in the neighbouring room. We had a holiday with a dog, the bedding for the dog was as if a person instead of a bed gave koremat that you sleep on the floor, buy normal good soft beds for dogs. Also breakfast is very poor, there is no buffet. You choose a breakfast where you get a lot of spread and 1 slice of bread 🙈 . If you want to order more dishes, you pay separately.

This is the perfect place for me in Lviv. It's cozy, super fancy, and modern. Design is something I love the most about !Fest. It’s usually easy to park a car near the hotel for free. It’s not too far from the center and pretty close to shopping malls, though the location is quiet and not crowded. The beds are really comfortable. The shower is good as well. Perfect mirrors and cool books in the rooms. The restaurant has an absolutely adorable terrace. The food is good!

The sound isolation between rooms is something I would improve. The windows are perfectly isolated; you won't hear anything from outside, but you may listen to your neighbors talking.

Not my first stay at Fest hotel and I’m super satisfied. Great design, super friendly staff, tasty food, digital service in room, you can order room service and pay for it via QR code. They have a shelter, and electricity during the day while electricity outages provided by generator from 7:00 till 23:00. not enough for air conditioning but totally enough for water supply and recharging of devices. That’s cool taking to account current situation. Books in rooms. Souvenirs shop. Highly recommend!

All good , only one think is missing is a separate shampoo and hair conditioner :)

This hotel is now my standard place for staying for a night before further trips to Poland. For one night stay or one night stand the hotel is perfect. :) can't say anything about breakfast, as haven't tried it yet. Location is not the best if you travel without car, as is far from city center. Also take into account that the shower is open and connected with the room, so you see everything while lying in the bed. But anything in regards the room is perfect. All kind of towels, slippers, a complimentary beer, comfortable bed.

It’s very clean and modern. Although the Situation with Electricity in Ukraine is difficult right now. They still were making it possible to have the luxury you need. Considering the rooms and number of guests, I really appreciated this. Other than that, everyone is nice and there was an option to use a nicely done bar and a restaurant for example as a chance for breakfast. To the Position, if you walk slowly, you’ll need around 30 min. To the Citycenter.

- Room was clean - Staff is smiling and helfull - Room was looking really good. Like it - Bed is clean, soft, and comfortable If you want to stay here and order some food delivery - you have to be ready that you will need to go to the reception to receive the delivery

But there a few problems, and everything depends if you can live with them: - Breakfast was nice, except for the buckwheat. It is hard boiled, not not boiled properly, but I had a lot of grains hard. - Location is pretty good as well. But parking lot was not available for us so we had to look for free lots at some public parkings. We are familiar with Lviv so we were ready for that and found a few closest locations. - Wi-Fi speed was terrible. You should no even think about Netflix, YouTube or any other streaming services.

I'm a returning customer, so the hotel was as awesome as i remember it. Only this time i had my cat accompaigning me and i'm happy the hotel is pet-friendly. thebreakfasts were tasty and good value for money :)

1.soundproofing is poor. we had loud neighbors and it brought a bit of discomfort to our stay. 2. the built-in loud speaker announcing air raid alert was a bit too loud and frightened us all in the middle of the night, though we've already received alerts to our phones it wasn't a pleasant experience. i guess it should be loud to ensure guests hear it, but not THAT (to my liking) loud :( 3. we also heard the sound of kitchen lift engine (room 209). it's just from 8.00 till somewhere 22.00, but it was disturbing at times.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I did not expect to stay in a modern, nicely designed hotel when I found out I would have to travel to war-torn Ukraine for a conference. Granted, Lviv is far away from the frontline but !FEST Hotel made the contrast between reality and my expectations even deeper.

I have nothing to complain about.
