Very clean and up to date.

Hated the auto check in process! Having to text your license and picture is a BIG security risk for the user and if I had known we had to do that BEFORE I made the reservation I would have not chosen this hotel!!!

I loved the bed! It was so comfortable. Loved the lit magnifying mirror in the bathroom area, too. AWESOME shower and water pressure. Got nice and hot. They were very gracious to me by refunding one of my night’s stay due to a death in the family so we could leave early.

The contactless check in. And that there was a need for 24/7 security. It was gated too. Everything was gated. It was unnerving and made me feel like I was in a bad part of town. Lobby is currently under construction right now too.

The ataff was super friendly and very helpful, the parking lot security was much appreciated, and the breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable, but a little smaller & crowded than most modern rooms. Also, the carpet, paint, and fixtures in the room felt a little dated. The room was also short on amenities (no coffee maker, microwave, etc.)

The entrance of the lobby was beautiful all the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was gated with security. It had an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. It had complimentary breakfast. I like that the location had grocery stores convenience stores and gas stations very close

The only thing I really didn't like was the pool close at 10:00 p.m. and with being outside sight seeing all day I didn't get much pool time and I love the water. There is no lifeguard so not sure why the pool had to close at 10:00 but the gym got to stay open 24 hours

Everything! The employees were all so kind! We were here on a send relief mission so we weren't at the hotel during the Day but every bad Review I read was proved to be wrong during our stay. They have a huge breakfast selection for free not just cold stuff. Biscuits n gravy, pancakes, ssg (2 different kinds) and eggs along with breads and cereal, muffins etc. If you want a better breakfast you can order from the menu but this was just fine for us. The Beds were SOOOO comfy. I was out as soon as the lights went out which doesn't even happen in my own bed. I saw reviews from ppl trash talking about no hot foods-WRONG, No table to sit at and eat-WRONG, One lady said the pillows were horrible too firm-WRONG, as you can see in the pictures. My head literally sunk in my pillow. They give one firm and one soft each person. My husband ate perfectly fine because the foot stool has a table that rolls over it 😀 Everything was perfect! I can't even name everything .

Literally LOVED our whole stay, of course there's always something that may go wrong in a business but as far as I could tell they fixed anything broken at the hotel with a quickness!

This hotel is the ONLY option if you are going to need a place to stay in this area. There is no need to beat around the bush. This area is dangerous. Go read the reveiws of any other hotel around. They all mention drugs or violence happening in front of their windows. This place is your getaway from all of that. It is beautiful and has every amenity you could want. The staff is on point! They will see you coming and ask you what they can do for you before you can ask them. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is FANTASTIC! The pillows are super soft and make for a wonderful sleep. My ONLY compliment was that my toilet needed to be repaired due to a bad flapper, so it would kick the water on and off all night, but other than that, it was perfect.

Again, the toilet just needs a small repair that is no big deal. I will mention it on my way out. I would still take this room any time, broken toilet and all!

We stayed here Feb 7-10, everything was wonderful start to finish, Scharvae was wonderful when we first arrived, she showed us around the entire lobby and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and pretty spacious. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. We loved that everything we chose to do while visiting was within a 20 minute drive. The entire property is gated with 24 hour security so we definitely felt safe. The QR code instead of a physical key card was really convenient as well. We tried the restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely amazing, the best Alfredo I’ve ever had and my husband loved the burger and fries as well. My only complaint is that there was no microwave to take my leftovers lol. All the staff we met were extremely friendly. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel.

The staff was super nice and helpful! Kelly was especially helpful: during our second night, there was a couple next door being very... loud... and she was able to contact security for us who went and talked to them, and the rest of our stay was very peaceful!! The hotel was very beautiful and clean, the stay was super comfortable and I really appreciated being able to book and check in last minute due to issues with our previous accommodations. I loved my stay here and would absolutely stay again if I come back to Memphis!

The walls seemed very thin, which caused us to overhear a loud couple a room or two over... and an extra throw blanket would be a nice addition to the chilly room as well!

Beautiful space when you come in the doors. Looks sumptuous. Staff were so sweet and ready to help with their check-in process, as it is a new process from usual check-ins. You have the option to complete the check-in online, and it does require a picture of your ID and a selfie along with common reservation info. Pros- Room was clean and furniture was comfortable. Nice music motif mural over the bed. There was a small fridge, and toiletries were provided in the shower. Wonderful blackout curtains as well as lighter privacy curtains. The bar was new but they had a decent selection of drinks. The bartender was so personable! Breakfast was good, with biscuits and gravy, assorted breads and toppings, sausages, cereal, yogurt (plus granola and nuts for topping), fresh fruit, and muffins. Indoor Pool and Hot Tub were nice with loungers everywhere!

Cons- rooms could do with a small coffee pot and microwave. Toilets sit low, I'm 5'5" and it was a little squatty. Our bathroom sink drained really slowly (reported to staff). Shower curtain seemed a little short for the curved bar, it kept pulling away from the edges (wet floor!). Pillows for bed need both a soft and firm option (they were too squishy for me). There were no eggs on the breakfast bar, but they did have options to order for charge.

Second morning we got down for breakfast an they were going to start picking up food an dishes I needed cream cheese for.my bagle I ask guy can I have 1 he said I already put it away can you please get me one for my bagle? He said I'm trying to go home I put it away breakfast is closed I said what time.is it 10:04 they close at 10 so the other guy working just turned around an brought me 2 I appreciate that young man wasn't a big deal..
