I loved the bathroom, especially how hot the water was. I wasnt feeling good after traveling, and the heat was just what i needed.

I travel with my toddler, who does not like showers. The room had a shower, no bath so i couldnt give my toddler a bath. To get a room with a tub, id have had to pay more for a different room and it wasnt in the budget. I also only recieved one room key when there were 2 adults listed in my stay. It was really inconvenient. The beds were too soft so i didnt sleep well either. Not everyone can sleep on soft mattresses. Rooms should list the type of mattress available, so people like me that need medium-firm can book appropriately and you can get better reviews from customers.

Did not get up early enough for breakfast which was ok. Glad to know there was breakfast if I wanted it

I went out during the evening and came back to find semi trucks taking up car spaces. So I had to go across the highway to park my car where there was ample parking for trucks. The staff should make truckers aware as to not park their trucks in car parking. I was very inconvenienced by what I had to do.

The room was easy to navigate with the wheelchair. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has automatic doors, and there is plenty of room in the lobby for the wheelchair to navigate.

The shower head wouldn't stay up, so it just sprayed straight at your face. It was a handicap tub instead of a walk-in. The elevator foyer was quite small, it was hard to get in and out with the wheelchair.

Came to the area for a baseball game. Location was close to the stadium. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom door had a big gap so you could see inside even with the door closed. The beds weren't very comfortable. Also room was right across from the elevator so it was very loud.

Parking was quite tight Kind of difficult to get out of the parking lot One negative. Not your fault. Limited places to eat nearby

Very good location, nice staff, great breakfast.

Very noisy AC unit, elevator doors and walls looked as if they had been peeled after being graffiti (looks bad but elevator works), in the bathroom there was no place to hang towels or put your toiletries.

The receptionist (a tall gentleman who works on Saturday and Sunday morning on 10/21-10/22) is friendly. He always greeted me with the biggest smile.

I can smell the food from the kitchen in my room. The walls are too thin that I can hear everything from outside.

The breakfast had good selections and had generous hours (until 9:30am) for those who like to sleep in! It is a new property, so everything was in good working order and looked clean.

Coffee pot at breakfast was empty twice during the visit and there wasn't any staff to notify.

Everything was updated and super clean. The lady that checked me in was the only person I’ve ever talked to (of all of the IHG hotels I’ve frequently visited) that elaborated on making sure I’d get credit for my points and explaining the app and how it would benefit me.

I assumed breakfast would be included since all of the Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in included it, but I guess they’re not all created equal. This one was by far the cleanest and most updated. That was nice.

Newly remodeled room, great bed and soft pillows. I checked under mattress and in the seams and didn't see anything suss. Nice bathroom and lobby.

Breakfast was not that great, I would rather have a better quality continental breakfast with less options than a bad traditional breakfast. Coffee looked like weak tea. At least it was free though.
