A very clean hotel with an excellent location. There are many restaurants, a supermarket, and all services around. A 10-minute walk takes you to Ajman Beach and it's also a 7-minute walk to Lulu Center and Nesto Hypermarket. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleaning service is excellent. The staff and workers are very friendly, especially the reception staff, Mr. Ashwin and Mr. Shehbaz and the hotel manager, Mr.Shanid They all provide assistance and services with great spirit and sincerity. I recommend choosing this hotel. The price is reasonable and the services are excellent , I will come back again.

Very friendly staff. Specially Mr. Shahbaz from front desk. The female receptionist was very kind. She upgraded our room into OBHK. All the amenities was available in the room. From spoon to the pots, each and everything you can find to use. The service was so faster. They have good value for the paid amount. Location is located into so many shops and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike about the property. Everything was smooth and good. Only the construction work was going on which was making noise midnight but it was by government roads repairing not by the property.

The crew they were not a staff they were a family, I was on a trip with my wife, we faced an issue on payment card, I contacted them and there was a kind lady she understood and helped us, since we entered there till the last day we felt safe, and they treated us as we are their family, they were taking care for everything, the smile on their faces was honest and coming from the hurt, the respect and hospitality, the speed of providing the service for any request anytime, the crew were Indians they made us wanna visit India after this great experience

Their apartments are excellent. They have everything. This hotel has manu with cheap prices. They will deliver food to your room. Moreover, there are many cheap restaurants in the area. The hotel is in the heart of Ajman. Big hypermarkets such as Viva, Lulu and Nesto are on the next road. The hotel is 1 km = 10 minutes by walk from the beach, and 1 km = 10 minutes by walk from the coastal promenade (corniche).

- Very polite staff that answered all my inquiries. - Whatever I asked for was brought within moments to the room. - The hotel felt safe & clean. - The facilities seemed to be well maintained. (including the microwave oven, washing machine & the refrigerator). - The suite that I was provided was very spacious (especially good for couples). - The hotel provided me with 2 bottles of water for free.

Compared to the overall value, there were missing some minute things: - curtain or some kind of door in the shower enclosure, so the water wouldn't spill all over the floor. - Some basket for toiletries within the shower enclosure. I think the guests who are staying for a short period of time would appreciate if you provided some dish soap & sponge.

Staff was excellent and responsive, especially at the reception. The person at the reception gave me a lot of local restaurant tips, so many thanks to him. Cleanliness was also good with very good housekeeping services and they listened to each one of my requests.

Location is a little away from the beach, but still accessible by walking like 15 minutes. Equipment is a little old, but in good working condition as you feel a bit of rust. But I didn't mind much because they did the job.

The service is outstanding and the room size and Equipment is perfectly Well. The beds are comfy and we Had a room with a washing machine aswell. We are more than satisfied.

It is not a Problem related to the Hotel, but there were some cheesy Guys staring at us outside. Nothing really unsave, Just a degree of discomfort for european women

All the staff without exception are very helpful and kind. Bed is comfy and there is a washing machine, a microwave and fridge in the room.

Location is not prime and parking availability could use some improvement

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the staff services were outstanding. From the warm reception to the attentive concierge, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. I highly recommend Alsmou Hotel for an exceptional hotel experience with exceptional staff and pristine rooms

- Near to Ajman Musallah Bus Station - Busy area with 2 supermarkets open 24/7 and 5 modest restaurants open until 2 a.m. - They tried to keep the facilities clean as much as possible. - Staff members were very cheerful and kind. Especially, they contacted me as soon as possible when they found my power bank left at the room.

- Wi-fi name & password were different from what were written on the key card. But I was able to guess easily by checking the actual wi-fi name written on the router in the room. And I guess staff members will let you know right away if asked. - Facilities, although cleaned, were too old. A/C and hot water worked well but I didn't try any other appliances such as microwave, refrigerator etc. - 2 cockroaches were found. I got one but missed the other. It never came back so that was fine with me. Perhaps it will be better to ask a roach bait before or at the time of check-in.
