The location of this place is terrific, just across from Palisades. We got in late, just in time for the last checkin around 11pm, but the staff texted after hours instructions in case we didn't make it in time. Rooms are spacious and wifi signal was strong during our mid-week stay. Having a kitchen and dishwasher was really nice.

Walls are thin. We were on the second floor and could hear walking and talking from the room above us.

This great property is so close to the lifts with a convenient shuttle around the Palisades Tahoe Village and lifts. I had a large suite with kitchen, two rooms and outdoor balcony. After skiing I used the big heated pool and hot tub. Nice and clean. I also was treated to a local winery tasting in the lobby après swim! Maybe the best part was the wonderful young staff from Peru, Argentina and the Andes. Perfect. I'll be back.

The place was so cozy, we enjoyed everything! The room was clean and warm. Having the kitchenette in the room was perfect for us. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. Also, the game room with a ping-pong table and the activities the hotel had for the guests were great. Friendly staff and the hotel's location is perfect for going skiing in Palisades Tahoe.

There was some construction going on at the time of our stay - we know about it before hadn so all good. We have stayed here many years again and love it so we came back :) the new look and changes are going to be even better

Staff at check out were all grouped in a side room- could see I was waiting and there was one lady running aroung making sure that people were bing taking care of - thank you to her

The location is very close to the base of Palisades and an easy walk for food or drinks. For skiing there is a shuttle that runs all day so you can put your boots on in your room and get to the slopes easily. There is a room with a nice bed, tv, easy chair and bench, a separate large bathroom, and a family room with a kitchenette. There is a large couch and folding dinner table. Overall, the room(s) have a mountain cottage vibe.

Cosy units that have everything you need for a short stay. Kitchenette is well appointed and the unit easily accommodates 4 people with a comfortable signed in the living room. Cute balcony for afternoon Apreś. Friendly and welcoming staff including a super shuttle driver who delivered us to the village area for skiing.

The location is beautiful and there are activities for all ages. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and nicer than expected. I liked the living area being separated from the bedroom. And the view from my private balcony was spectacular.

My bed was very uncomfortable but my kids bed in their room was very nice. There is no air conditioning, but box fans were provided.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We spent some time in the game room, which wasn't big, but provided a lot of fun and entertainment.

The rooms and building could definitely use some updating, but we understand that the decor is part of the charm of staying here. The game room was a little stinky, possibly because of its proximity to the gym, but it wasn't bad enough to keep us out of there.

The room was lovely and having the extra space with the kitchenette was great. We loved the fireplace! The amenities including the hot tub, sauna, and hot cider happy hour were nice. The location and free shuttle were perfect.

It's dated but in a fun ski lodge way. It was impeccably clean and well maintained.

Amazing stay. Worked remotely midweek and wifi was great, and about 8 min walk to KT-22 to hop out for some runs! I stayed on the sofa sleeper and that was comfortable.

Would be nice if there was some breakfast option offered at the hotel instead of having to walk to the base to buy food.
