Nice friendly reception, good kitchenette with ample supplies (I was pleasantly surprised), room had all I need (room8) and was opposite a nice coffee shop and very close to good pizza. Safeway is a mile away so it's easy to cook for yourself. I stayed here for 3 nights to ski and it worked out great, would stay again.

Room was dated, but Ok for a short stay.

The walk to the beach was short and easy. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They were very accommodating when we celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary and had 15 extra people there.

Honestly, every thing was great!

we stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved how it’s close to almost everything you need, from the dining to the stores. this hotel was so fun and loved the kitchen in it as well. the beach is nice as well they had lounge chairs. if you go definition check out jiffy’s pizza which is right next to the hotel awesome food!!!

nothing I actually really loved everything

Really charming little cabins with a heated pool and lots of outdoor space for kids to play, BBQ and eat at picnic tables, ping pong tables, etc. I can't speak for the lakefront rooms, but their location looks perfect. Beach is right across the street (walking distance) and has clear water & soft sand.

The one bedroom was definitely "cozy", and could use some updating. Yes, it's supposed to look and feel rustic, and it does. Bathroom is really dated and the floor was sinking. Instead of couches, there are two "day beds" which are really just twin beds. They work great as beds, but not ideal for much else. Although I'm not sure what they'd use instead that would still accommodate relatively comfortable sleeping. (I have never seen a pull out couch bed that isn't horribly uncomfortable. These were better than that at least!) Would have loved a grassy area on the forest side, and maybe fire pits? Overall, you're getting a camping/cabin experience and it's a great place. However, the summer pricing seems a bit high to me. Spring pricing was much more palatable.

it’s right next to the lake, very close to grocery stores and other shops, and felt so cozy. it’s the perfect little cabin in the snow. The studio cabin included a nice sized kitchen, a king sized bed. and was very cute with the decoration style. very rustic and sweet.

we had issues working the TV which was a bummer and when I called the front desk (to be fair it was around 11:30 at night that I called which is after hours) they said they wouldn’t be able to help me until the morning. We were only there for 2 nights so not being able to use one of the main amenities for the first night was a bummer. Pillows we’re also very flat and uncomfortable. These are my only two gripes. Everything else was incredible.

This place was awesome! The location was perfect as it was just outside the main drag but close enough to everything and it was quiet. The cabins on the water are the way to go! This was the perfect place to come relax and get away. The view was just gorgeous! You can't beat this location and atmosphere!!!

We had a small issue with checking in but nothing that ruined our experience or the trip/stay as a whole. Kitchen wasn't super stocked with stuff but met our needs for a short weekend. The bed was pretty soft, but if you like that, then you'll be in heaven. Otherwise, the place was clean and cozy and honestly, the most insane location and atmosphere!!

We enjoyed the properties great location right at the lake, the friendly staff and the pool.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, great spacious 1-bdr apt (we expect just a studio) - so, it exceeded our expectations, the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus!

Very short and unclear working hours, difficult to reach the staff when they're out of working hours (no emails/chats/virtual communications exists); No washers/driers on-site - a bit challenging when you are planning to do something active in Tahoe.

I loved the cute rooms and that it was so close to the beach

I just didn’t realize that there were three separate properties all in one and we had friends staying in the same place and thought we would be closer to each other.Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to know.

The room was perfect, we unexpectedly had to bring our grandson and had extra bed for him staff was very accommodating. Location close to Lake was awesome. The book on coffee table was extremely helpful. Had an amazing time.

The room was close to highway kinda loud at times. Next time will request a room away from the roadway.
