no wardrobe and drawers to put your things. they are not able to handle small problem like they did give tissue paper when I asked , they said they’re waiting for the supplier to bring them. I’m here for 10 days and they couldn’t fixed it , this is unacceptable from 5 stars hotel , not sure what they will do with bigger problems. it’s nice hotel I like it but I’ll give it 4 stars.

Aesthetically pleasing and comfortable room

Weak shower. I shouldn't be getting haranguing mails threatening me with losing my reservation if I don't do self check in online myself in advance from an expensive, supposedly 5" hotel.

The stay was almost perfect. The staff were great and extremely helpful. We loved the gift they gave us before checking out. The location is in the heart of Pasieg De Gracia and close to everything.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

The location was perfect. Most activities were reached either by walking or a short taxi ride. We were able to walk for lunches, dinner and shopping.

Pillows were way too soft. I needed more support for my head and neck. Also, there were no washcloths in the bathroom.

Great staff and welcoming experience, with welcome and goodbyes gifts. Location is the best near all luxurious stores and sightseeing places.

The entrance is not obvious. The reception in 1st floor better if with entrance for warm welcome. Simple Decoration for the price.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I had low expectations. However, when I first entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, and I found myself missing it during my stays at other hotels. The room was also quiet due to the thick door (as seen in the photo) and the good sound isolation of the windows. My room did not have a street view, which may have contributed to its quietness. Although the window was "small," this was clearly stated in the property description, so it did not pose a problem for me.

I found the check-in process to be confusing. Although I had read some comments beforehand and knew where and how to check in, I noticed that other guests, especially elderly people, seemed to have trouble. I had to provide instructions to some of them about where to find the bell and the reception area. It would have been helpful to have a sign with large letters at the glass door and above the bell to make the process smoother for everyone.

Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. Asked someone at reception for help but no-one came to fix the problem. So room was stuffy

Hotel Sonder is located in an ideal location in Barcelona, ​​it allows you to conveniently reach any landmark and the airport. besides, it's the main shopping street, so that's another plus. The rooms are very well equipped, always clean, and it is possible to fill a carafe with water in the hotel premises. it is definitely better to choose rooms with a window and a balcony. However, the next time I visit Barcelona, ​​I will choose Sonder.

I would like more variety in the breakfast menu, especially fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, they were not there at all.

the location is awesome! i would definitely stay in that area if i were to visit barcelona again. many eateries, restaurants and bars nearby, several attractions are in walking distance, awesome shopping on the same street (many high end lux stores). the staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. the front desk staff (on the second floor) is awesome: friendly, helpful, engaged.

there is only one working elevator for the entire hotel so the wait time is long and annoying. the stairs are conveniently located but it is not very safe for older people.
