Very comfortable, central location, very modern and relaxed, helpful staff

Way too hard to find; no signs

excellent location, comfortable beds, A/C, friendly staff. I would stay at this location time and time again!! It really was perfect aside for the tips I put the dislike section.

It was a little hard to find, we ended up asking someone in the other buildings for directions. Pro tip, find restaurant Dogana and the entry for the hotel is two doors down from their outside dining area. Parking was a little difficult. the receptionist said to pay our parking ticket and then get a ticket for Area C. We should NOT have paid our parking ticket until we left the garage. It all worked out, but bottom line, get an Area C ticket before leaving the garage, make sure you know your license plate number, and don’t pay for parking until you depart.

Close to Duomo.

The staff at checkin (a male of Asian appearance) - did not have name tag. Did not explain anything upon checkin. Talking to mother on phone when he was supposed to looking after me on checkin. Upon checkout, he did not ask about my stay. Wall paint and skirting came apart from water damage. Not offered a room change.

The location was incredible! One corner away from Duomo and the shopping street was only 5 minutes away by walking. The staff was friendly and they even told us we can leave our bag there after the checkout so that we can explore Milan without having to carry all our stuff. The room was quite loud (but not every room is right infront of the street) and small but really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

It was a bit hard to find because it was not advertised from the outside ( it is in a bigger building with several other apartments) and our room was right on the street so it was kinda loud which wasn't a problem overall because there were almost no cars at night.

Literally round the corner from the Duomo, with an excellent breakfast cafe close by. Modern interiors with usb ports and a kettle. Able to store our luggage safely until lunchtime.

Nothing. Just be aware it’s rooms not a serviced hotel and you need to reach the 3rd floor in the lift and turn right!

The location of the hotel was awesome, actually 2 minutes from Duomo, from metro station, close to the shops and restaurants. We liked the careful attitude of the stuff, we checked-in late, after 11 PM, after working hours of the reception, though the personal provided access to the room. The cleaning was done every day.

I would improve the soundproofing. The street is quiet, but you can hear the sounds of the tram until late at night, in spite of the fact that there are the exterior shutters on the window

Beautiful hotel room! The location was perfect and a few mins walking distance to Duomo! The location of the hotel itself was a bit odd because it’s in the a business building/ residential mix building? And u take the elevator to level three, then walk through a door to the small lobby. A little pricey for the value.

the hotel was very clean and you can tell it was newly renovated. however the room is pretty small… and so is the hotel. don’t expect a hotel with a lobby or a lounge area of such. elevator is super small and the hotel is simply a hallway with 6 hotel rooms in a building with other residents and businesses. for the price you’re paying the hotel is in an amazing location, walking distance everywhere. the property itself not so much.

We stayed for three nights at Sheva Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, well equiped, and the WiFi was excellent. The staff was very nice and spoke English and Italian. The location is perfect, located 2 min from the metro station of Duomo. It's an excellent city hotel

The description to find the hotel should be improved. We had to search all levels of the building to find the entrance of the hotel. By the way its the 3rd floor :)
