Clean, easy to find, easy check in, good breakfast.

Elevators extremely slow. Sometimes only 1 was working. Hot water took over 10 min to come to our room.

We loved everything! No Complaints! We were greeted when we initially got there. Greeted when we came back to hotel every time. Thank you for being great with all your guests (per what I could see) Room was very clean, had a mini fridge, a desk for you to work on, hair dryer, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (life size, not mini) so you don't need to bring your own. The only movie channel they had was HBO. Room was nice and freezing (it was over 100 degrees outside) They also have an outside pool you can cool off in. Trolley you can get tickets for $6 one way & $ 12 round-trip per person (I suggest you buying these ahead of time as they're limited) It'll drop you off at any of these places (except if AT&T Stadium has a game, the closest it'll take you is to Texas Ragers Stadium and you can just walk from there) 1. Six Flags Over Texas 2. Hurricane Harbor water park 3. AT&T Stadium 4. Rangers Ballpark 5. Shopping centers 6. Convention center 7. Downtown Arlington events and venues Breakfast included; Waffles (which you make yourself) Yogurt (they had granola and cut up fruit, such as pineapple, strawberries, and melon to add to it) Oatmeal (they had brown sugar, raisins, and almonds you could add to it on the side) They had oranges and bananas (whole fruit, not cut up) 4 types of different danish's, bagels (mini & normal) with cream cheese, toast (with peanut butter or jam on the side) eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, and something else. To drink; apple juice, water, 2% milk, tea, and coffee (and might I add coffee was amazing) My apologies, I have no pictures.

There was nothing my little family didn't like. **Kind of wishing guests could have an option to log in to Netflix (with your own provider obviously) This would have been the icing on the cake.

I loved the early check in! I loved the employee male working Saturday 8/26 day shift. He was absolutely phenomenal. He definitely went above and beyond, so sad I didn’t catch his name. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely book here in a heart beat. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The bar was just the cherry on top and stays open till 2AM!

The elevators were slow and not very big. The pool was so cold. There wasn’t a setting for the AC to be on continuously. Restroom was really small for the suite room.

This is the best place to stay in Arlington! Easy to get to Cowboys and Ranger games or Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. The breakfast is amazing and free. Starbucks coffee and a bar all in hotel. Rooms are big with a sofa and little kitchen area. I’ve been coming to Arlington for games and theme park vacations for 15 years and stayed at just about every hotel around here. This one is the best! Only sad that it took me so long to find out about it.

Fantastic hotel! The room is clean, and there’s always hot water available. The highlight is the diverse breakfast offering: scrambled eggs, porridge, fresh fruits, along with tea, coffee, juice, waffles, milk, and muesli. The generous and varied breakfast added a positive touch to an already pleasant stay. Six Flags is visible from the windows

The stay fell short of expectations due to non-functioning and slow elevators. Additionally, the shower experience in Room 423 was subpar, suggesting a need for either a new showerhead or a thorough cleaning

The location was great! Very close to Globe Life Field and the trolley to take you to and from the games was an awesome bonus. There was a great selection at breakfast and the front desk staff was PHENOMENAL!

We were first given a king room but the toilet was backing up water into the shower when flushed. We were moved to a two double beds room. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets. The ice machines are only on the 3rd and 5th floor but the one on the 3rd floor was broken.

The staff is amazing!!! They found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a beautiful birthday card in my room and celebrated me by making me the guest of the day on my birthday. For me, it’s the little touches that goes a long way and this friendly staff and their beautiful smiles hit the target! Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean.

There’s nothing I can say here. I loved everything about it.

The staff was quick to resolve our problems with the room. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Our tv remote didn't work. The blow dryer went out. No coffee available in the lobby, other than breakfast time. No king bed available so we had to get a room with double double bed.

We loved the place. When we check in we were tire and hungry. The two young ladies that were working at check in Myranda and Ashley. They were so polite and helpful. If all hotels had these two ladies no one would want to stay anywhere else. They worked good together and with the guests. Awesome

It was a little loud in the hallway ways but understandable due to 3 big events going on. It was a little difficult when one elevator was working and the other was to employees only

It was clean the breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. And the staff was very helpful and friendly!

That there wasn’t a blow dryer in the rooms almost every hotel we have stayed in have one in the rooms that’s why I didn’t bring mine from home otherwise I would have if I knew they didn’t offer one!
