- good breakfast places and restaurants around - nice swimming pool area - the bathroom was renovated - currency exchange and ATM at the casino

- the room was directly connected to another room (through the closed door), so we could hear the other guest in the morning (music and talking) - we got the room facing the main road, so some noise coming from the bathroom, but not too bad - mosquito net could be useful for the sliding glass doors to the swimming pool area

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind. very accommodating and supportive even though I do not speak French😉

what I did not like was the service in the morning at breakfast. Very unorganised and not accommodating at all. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes before being able to place an order. It was more important to take away dishes even from the table I was sitting at but then not to take the order. This also happened to my colleague. Also even though it was very apparent that my colleague was Muslim she was given an omelet with bacon and that was twice in the time we had breakfast at the hotel. Really very weird and disrespectful.

The spacious room with balcony looking out to the swimming pool. Mini bar. Large shower and toilet. Laundry service. Friendly staff, especially young Rama. Friendly Security officer. Helpful reception. Nice choice of food. Bar at the restaurant area. Affordable budget room rates.

The open shower is not too ok, maybe. At least install a shower curtain or sliding glass door to add a touch of creativity and liking. Most TV channels are in French. Considering multi and international communities, a choice of a better English movie channel apart from the 'BBC World' would be very appreciative. As in my stead while I was there enjoying all of the above mentioned. I like to watch TV but was limited because of the choice of English TV channels. There's always room for improvement, we all believe.

staff were extremely friendly and service oriented. great location, clean rooms, nice pool and good food at a reasonable price ! we had a great time there.

Everyone was nice and helpful. There was a mixup with the availability of my room in Booking app. It allowed me to book 2 nights. I was told it was booked and I can only stay one night. I asked multiple times until check out. I assume they took pity on me, as I told them my flight is early tomorrow and staying somewhere would be too much. They found me a much larger room. I did have to pay a bit more. But Dakar is not a place to just roam around looking for hotels with a lot of luggage. I am not pleased with the error. However, I am happy they did what they could under the circumstances.

The hotel was beautiful as was the restaurant and in a good location for Ngog beach which was amazing. Add to that the Reception staff were fantastic as were all staff. The food and drink was lovely.

everything was unbelievable- i enjoyed so much - staff were amazing, food was brilliant, room was clean and comfortable- security 24/7 - cannot fault the service provided

Refused to call normal decent taxi and call overpriced extremely old rubbish car, that broken on the way to the airport. Their goal was to get a commission from rubbish car driver. It is shame for rather good hotel.

what I like the most about the property was the staff,very helpful and friendly(specially Rama and the Ghinean guy )..this place really make me feel like I was in luxury hotel, you can order food and drink until very late ,very comfortable and the swimming pool gets cleaned up everyday .

The breakfast was good. the variety provided was really balanced. You need to provide a bigger rom size fridge in the suites to cater for extra storage need of the visitors.

fumigating rooms every evening for occupied rooms. Hot water kettle with tea and coffee for use by guest during period of stay . at least the guest could be able make him or herself comfortable during non operating hours of restaurant.
