Very clean and looks great. Staff were nice. Design was great. Staff made accommodations for my checkout when I needed a latter one.

Price was more than I expected. Food at the hotel was amazing but very expensive.

Clean rooms Friendly staff and always available. Smart TV with hundreds of channels. In front of the famous restaurant La fourchette.

Hotel is not well known by local taxi drivers . So you have to explain that I it is close to the BCEAO or in front of la fourchette.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. It's centrally located within a walking distance to many fine restaurants in the Plateu. The room has a safe, coffee machine and many other basic amenities. Also, the rooms are well decorated and the art on the walls is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable, with a mini work station for those travelling with work. Awa at reception spoke English, was very warm and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of travellers.

The breakfast could be improved. It was too plain and basic, for the standard of the hotel. Also, the rooftop bar lacks customer care and the menu is not reasonably priced. The manager came off as rude and unwelcoming. Please note that the prices they are charging on booking.com are not actual prices. You will be charged a lot more at the property, apparently for VAT and other fees. I'd advise that you confirm before you finalise your booking.

Breakfast buffet could be improved

I have paid for 6 Nights whereas I have utilized only 5 nights, the property did not give me a refund for one night for 2 rooms which is more than 500 USD, and after many follow ups they stopped answering my calls. their staff is also giving fake promises.

The worst hotel l have see I made the reservation, and the reservation confirmation was sent, and after I arrived from travel to the hotel, he told me that he did not work with the reservation of the Booking site, and he requested a reservation with a financial value more than the value of the Booking reservation. But I was very shocked by this hotel, and I did not expect that Booking would be the reason for this theft

The location only

It may rank an one of the waste run hotels in the world. Stay there at your own peril. The owner husband and wife belittle their staff right in from of you, the reception smells like tobacco coming from the owners office. Food is atrocious. It should be illegal to serve food like that. Don't be fooled y the good name. It's not an international hotel. Non of the staff speak any other languages but French. To order dinner the tobacco smelling owner has to be called to translate the menu for you. It's a sham. A farce

The location is very good.

The hotel policy is very bad. I was charged more than my actual value. I said to the pakistani guy you follow the price according to my booking. He refused and he said he has his prices if i want to to stay i have to accept. Because i arrived at mid night and I couldn’t speak french I didn’t had any option but to stay for 2 night before i arrange my stay in other hotel. I would like to mention before you book the hotel please do confirm the price.
