The Location was fantastic. Reception clerks (Ladies) very friendly and helpful. Esspecially square view was great.

Location is perfect. Right at the center and it's walking distance to everywhere. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafes around the building. The room was clean and the housekeeping service was great. The staff was always ready to help. I will definetely stay here again for my future visits.

It's not a 4* hotel. There are rooms in a building on the 5th floor. The building looks like an abondened place. Unlike the rooms, the building is very dirty. Since the building is not owned by the accomodation company, the staff is not responsible from the entrance which is understandable. We were scared to get in at first. Until we saw the room, we were discussing to go to another hotel and give up our payment. It was the only disapointing part about our stay.

Had such a hard time choosing a hotel in Belgrade, The room was beautiful Deco and high ceilings. It was fun living on whats there central square. The weekend was quite loud from the street and square. The other nights were pleasant. They were very sweet when I by accident smashed my perfume, cleaned very thoroughly so I could walk bare 👣 after.

There is construction work under the rooms. The time I could read the water would be unstable, it would have been nice with a water bottle in the room. Woke up thirsty and there was no water (found some in the kettle, I had boiled earlier)

Hotel is in a perfect position. The hotel staff is beyond polite and helpful, always in an honest cheerful mood, lovely ladies! Cleaning lady also was super lovely and kind. The hotel staff will help with anything! Room was clean and good, blackout curtains!!!

When you get there it’s confusing to know how to get up to the hotel which is on the 5th level. Okay that figured out, only other complaint is… the AC did not work, it blew hot air and I couldn’t sleep from heat. Toilet also doesn’t flush super good.

*Some maintenance problems: -the ground carpeting had stains and spots -the shower switch leaked a lot of water upon use -the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room -found a grey stain and some splashing on one of the sheets *The building's entrance is old and worn, and can discourage anyone from going up, but when u reach the hotel's floor, it's a total change for the better.

The location cannot be faulted; the hotel is right on the centre square, and as soon as you walk out, you are surrounded by restaurants and shops. From there, you can walk to all the sights. The staff were accommodating and nice, and the room was well equipped.

The hotel's lobby is in an old building on level 5. Sadly, at the time of our visit, the lights were not working at the entrance of the building, so you had to walk into the building in the dark. Additionally, the smell of cigarette smoke from the cleaning personnel has made it into the lobby.

Nice hotel right in the center of Belgrade. Tue position is just perfect. Hotel is pretty nice and clean, it may need a big mantenaince in the next years but over all it was food for us. A small tip for all the travellers of this beautiful town and that it’s not related to the hotel: be careful of fake taxis at night, they asked us 50€ for a ride of 10 minutes so if you don’t see the paymeter ask for a prefixed price before to start the ride and also at resturants, usually waiters asked us to pay the tax (that in my opinion is our IVA) on the bill aside while it is already included in the total of the bill. It is very confusing because it is in their language so be careful. Beside this small tip I hope you will enjoy this wonderful city, its food and people and also this hotel and its workers because they are very professional.

Staff were always smiling and very friendly. The location is top class. It is literally in the republic square and adjacent to main shopping street. Everything you need is just meters away. Lots of restaurants and there are two Maxi stores (grocery shops) near the hotel if you want to grab a quick snack and don't forget to try their Croissants.

The entrance is a bit disappointment.

Location was excellent! Staff also very friendly. The rooms are located at the last two floors of an old building.

There was only one functional elevator with the maximum of three-person occupancy, which sometimes made it difficult to reach the top floors where the hotel is located. The building is very old and badly maintained, but the hotel floors were in a very good condition.

Location was amazing!

It was hard to get in contact with the property because when you travel from overseas usually you don't have the chance to make calls and they don't have any message app options like WhatsApp and Viber. We booked a room with an additional service for transportation to the airport and it was a bit of misunderstanding to book it, the driver never arrived and we had to wait about one hour to get a solution, at the end everything worked well, we had enough time but definitely could be avoided.
