The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, at a walking distance from most attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful and both the room and bathroom very clean. I liked the decor of the room.

Breakfast is served in a nearby bar and restaurant where you have to choose from a fixed menu, which does not give the possibility to mix sweet and savoury food. I think that, along with the menu, it should include a small buffet with a selection of yogurts, and tea and coffee making facilities. I appreciated the freshly squezzed orange juice. I didn't like the fact that, even if it is banned, people are still allowed to smoke inside the dining room.

- the check-in situation was kind of hard (after 11pm) - room was a bit small as there was not that much space left for the luggage

The location ist absolutely TOP! The Belgrade fortress is in walking distance. Unlike other reviewers tell you, breakfast in the restaurant is very good. Not only the number of select options but also the quality and size of portions were very good. No trace of downgraded versions for hotel guests. Due to overbooking we received a room update for free. Thank you. The apartment was very clean, AC and WIFI work well.

- As the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone it is a little bit tricky to find the hotel by car navigation. The same applies for the (public) parking garage which is located on the other side of the zone. Where to leave the car while clarifying these questions? Anyhow, asking three times, in the hotel and on the street, we mastered the issue! Maybe it will be helpful to find a map in the hotel with better information about parking. - Payment in advance.

Incredible location in cultural, business center adjacent buses, trolley. Great welcoming staff. Artistic arelier type large size rooms with perfect memory foam feel mattress. Clean smell throughout. City and River views. Incredibly delicious varied fare (even American Southwest) cuisine when breakfast is included -fresh squeezed orange juice. Can't say enough good!!!

Perfection

The hotel was in a good location. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable ,The view looked out over the city as far as the river. Dawn was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent . .

Everything was ok The lift went to the fifth floor and you had to walk up the stairs to reception but not too much of a problem.

Location is great, price is good for the location. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

It can be a little difficult to find the hotel, I even had other arriving guests ask me for help finding it at the square.

The location is perfect for tourist. The Republic Square is in front of the hotel and a few meters away from all the Tourist locations. Breakfast is outstanding, very delicious food. Staff are very nice, helpful, happy and very welcoming.

The front door is a little dark, it needs more light, but I guess there's a lot of Apartment in the same building and it's a community entrance, so they think its ok.

The location is fantastic — in the very center of Belgrade, with a lit of shops, cafes and attractions around

The room was really small, literally just a bit bigger than the bed. The bed itself wad quite comfortable, and even in this tiny space you have all necessary facilities. Anyway this is the place for one, maximum two, nights. This mini hotel is on the upper floor of an old office building, so be ready that the entrance and the elevator will be shabby…

Location and price were very nice. Also the room is comfortable and clean.

Cooling system works very slow, needs to be turned on many hours before a guest’s arrival otherwise it would be stuffy and hot.

Lovely cleaning staff, very nice spacious room. Super location. Overall great experience.

I could not find instructions on how to find property as it is on 6th floor of a building near Trg Republika but had to ask around to figure out how to find it.
