This is our second experience with this exact property -as we loved the location and staff the 1st time we've been there. During our 2nd visit my spouse got an impatient back pain and the help and support of the whole hotel team allowed us to take off back to the US in time. We are very grateful and definitely choose Opera Garni next time

I would suggest to make some shelves in the bathroom for the cosmetic bag. It was quite unusual and not very comfortable.

A few tips for breakfast improvement: ie the yellow cereal ( plain ones) were probably out of date, as they were not chewable at all. Only full fat milk was available, which is not appropriate for people like me that cannot digest it. I asked the ladies if they had coco/soya/ almond even low fat but there was nothing available. Maybe the person in charge of the breakfast menu can look into improving it. HOWEVER, i would like to strongly congradulate and praise every single lady working at the breakfast area, for the spotless and rapid cleaning of each table, right after each client left their table!

perfect location. perfect emplooyes. Good breakfast. Every body speaks clear and very good english. Also they speak some langueges like Turkish, Russian etc. Breakfast was pretty good. Best thing for me was they gave me map of city which is contains all the touristic places, bus and train stations and routes. You can walk almost 80% -90% of the touristic places. If you ask to front desk they will also give you some recommendations like where to eat or where to hangout. its 1.2 km far from main bus station and 15 min with drive to airport. Pretty close to republic square and so on. I'm pretty sure that i will be back again.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, though parking can be a bit challenging. However, the best attractions are within walking distance, so it wasn’t much of an issue. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to accommodate our needs, providing additional services when requested. We experienced a minor heating issue in the bathroom, but it was promptly resolved as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was excellent, also offering a variety of the fresh vegetables, and fruits, which was a delightful touch.

Some rooms do not have elevator access, but the staff were very kind and helped us with our suitcases, making it much easier.

Breakfast is good except tea. Hotel's location is ultimately good. It's so near to Kneza Mihaila Street and Republic Square. Hotel is located in central of city. You can go every important place with walking. If you come from airport with A1 minibuses, you can walk to hotel about 1.6 km upwards from freedom square. Nikola Tesla museum is alo in walking distance, about 1.5 km. Hotel rooms are not too big but very cozy. Also, the lobby staff are so kindly and helpful. Bir tebrik de Türkçe olarak Robert'e. Kendi çabanla Türkçe öğrenmeni çok takdir ettik. Türkçen gayet iyi. Hayatında başarılar dileriz :)

Only thing the hotel will upgrade is tea options in breakfast. Water dispenser did not the appropriate degree for boiling tea bag. In addition to this, the tea bag brand "Rioba from Metro GmBH" is really bad and gives white bubbles while boiling like coffee cream on tea cup (Maybe hotel's cups causes it).

Location is excellent,1-2 minutes walks to republic square ,5 minutes walk to skadarlija ,3 minutes to knez mihailova and 10 minutes to Kalemegdan,very kind and friendly staff ,clean,good size room and bath ,when we lost our phone in bus ,staff especially Robert helped us so much ,he came with us and gave translate assistance ,he can speaks excellent Turkish and English and finally found it.When you need taxi Do not forget to call taxi from Hotel .On the road you get on taxi they may charge anormal high prices.

Nothing but a little improvement need for breakfast

- nice and clean room with modern bathroom; - good breakfast, the menu varies from day to day; - good Air Conditioning (which works even when we were not in the room). It was such a relief to come to a chill room from the hot streat. - perfect location; - the room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator; - great people on reception (and they all speak English);

- our room had bad window view - just a wall of a nearby building. But since we only slept in the room, this didn't matter. Maybe other rooms have better view. - You need to take 1 stairs to get to the reception and another one to get to the elevator.

Lovely location, 2 minute walk from Skadarlija, 2 minute walk from Knez Mihailova and if you continue on Knez Mihailova you get to the Kalemegdan Park and Belgrade Fortress. Around 20 minute walk to Nikola Tesla Museum. Taxi price is fine to the far places like Galleria mall, the hotel staff explained to me how to use Yandex, didn't know that the Serbian Sim came with it's own phone number to enter in the app. We were put in the farthest room so it was quiet for the most part. Simple breakfast, the same at every hotel and food is fresh, good selection for everyone. Big room for 3 people, huge bathroom with all the supplies, mini fridge and safe, big closet. Good workers at the desk, good customer service, they can advice you on everything, can leave your baggage there until your flight time.

Saw some bugs in the bathroom and in the lobby, so it's best to call an exterminator to take care of this problem.
