Absolutely everything! Dinner at the Sky Lounge restaurant was excellent, the massage at the spa was made very professionally, the breakfasts had everything you could wish for. In Hilton hotel you find a very friendly staff, excellent location and most importantly - excellent soundproofing of the rooms, I have not slept so sweetly in any hotel in the world, and I travel a lot. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for making our stay so comfortable

The SPA lacks a pool, but it's just that I'm very picky. For relaxation, the spa has everything you need.

For us Hilton Belgrade feels like home away from home. We’ve stayed here few times in the past few months. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Garage(parking)is on site convenient for those arriving with a car. Excellent breakfast. Gym is fantastic. Different restaurants to suit any occasion and taste are right there. It’s in an amazing location. You step out and all you need is a walking distance. But what keeps us coming back more than anything else is people. Staff is so professional, kind and helpful beyond measure. All of them. From the gentleman at the entrance, reception staff,restaurant staff all the way to the lovely ladies who keep our rooms clean and cosy. Thank you to all at Hilton Belgrade

We really loved the Hilton Belgrade. In our view, it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel's staff were very courteous and helpful, and provided us with plenty of tips and assistance in sightseeing in and around Belgrade. The spa facilities were of particular interest to us - we both enjoy a good banya and hammam, which this hotel has, and it also has a pretty good gym. The hotel restaurant is particularly good - while expensive, it is a great place to try out traditional Serbian dishes, We ate dinner there and tried slow-cooked traditional Serbian lamb, and it was truly fantastic.

The restaurant, like most (not all) places in Belgrade, allows for smoking indoors. This is extremely irritating for those, like us, who are non-smokers. This is not something you can get away from in Belgrade, in general - you really have to look hard for smoke-free places to eat. Also, the gym has a barbell - but no squat rack. It only has a Smith machine. This doesn't make much sense to me, as a dedicated lifter.

The fact that when visiting Belgrade, we have stayed her 5 times, says it all. Very clean, very comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the rooftop, excellent stay.

-- Going to the rooftop restaurant with 2 little kids, the ladies at the door led us right at the end of the veranda, most probably because she thought we were going to be a "noisy" family.. After having ordered the drinks, they decided to move us to another table, perhaps it was too obvious that we were sitting alone at the veranda end, who knows.. -- We had a good time nevertheless, with great food and drinks, but please do not judge a book from its cover..

The hotel has energy saving sensors that switches off AC if no movement is detected for sometime. They seem to have made a setting for us to switch it off but it did return back after 2 days. Not comfortable when you return to a hot room or having to struggle through the night. The location is 20 minutes walking from the center which is ok if the weather is fine. We took a taxi few times since it was hot

The hotel is in a perfect location in the city centre and near many of Belgrade’s sightseeings. The staff were polite and professional. The rooms were cosy, new, clean, and quiet and looked exactly as in the pictures. I tried the rooftop Sky Bar and experienced a nice Friday evening ambience with unique cocktails and a remarkable view. I was impressed that the Michelin guide critically acclaimed the bar. I would recommend the stay and would come another time. Besides, I tried the restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and I also enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast was rich in variety and was offered until 11 am, which was beneficial for a weekend trip. I enjoyed that the chefs presented local dishes with a modern twist (such as the “pleskavica” I had for lunch), unlike at other places.

I came by car, and it took me some time to identify the underground garage’s entrance upon check-in. After circling the hotel in the traffic, I figured out that I had to park in the garage and then check-in. It was impossible to leave the car to a valet or at least park it at the hotel’s entrance temporarily because the area was busy and didn’t allow for street parking on the main road whilst the side road’s public parking spots were already occupied. I would recommend providing parking instructions before check-in or offering valet service. Apart from this minor inconvenience everything was perfect.

It is newly built hotel located in the center of city with great garage. Very easy to approuch from highway and once you are there almost everything is in walking range. It is equipped with nice SPA and GYM but there is no swimming pool unfortunately. Anyhow there are two restaurants in the building. One on the roof which is excellent and one on the ground floor which is fine especially if you like to try domestic cousine. Food which we ordered from room service did not meet our expecations, but this could be subjective. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. There is no remark on room hygiene. Garage and breakfast is charged additionaly which is together almost 1/3 of room price.

Location was okay for us, since we like to walk around Belgrade, in any case, the city center is not far. The room was really nice, the TV could have more programs, however having a speaker in the bathroom is a nice touch. Bathroom itself was nice, so was the shower. We also liked the view of the backyard with christmas lights and an ice skating ring. Breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone I'm sure, from eggs&bacon&bread, to freshly squeezed orange juice, chia pudding, smoked salmon, egg benedict, etc. We also enjoyed the wellness, even though it's rather small, so not sure how it is when it's really busy - we enjoyed the saunas and jacuzzi and had them almost all to ourselves. The staff at the reception was super nice and accommodating. We really liked it and will for sure be back when we visit Belgrade again.

Bed pillows, but I guess this is a personal preference.

It's a great hotel. No doubt. Definitely oriented towards business users more than families visiting. It is extremely clean and maintained in a best possible manner. The location is extremely convenient, and garage is helpful. Everything was easy, which is what people are looking for. I must complement the Chef and the staff of the "Two Kings" restaurant. Coming from southern Serbia, often considered the "cradle of BBQ", we did test Chef's abilities in this domain by ordering "national" BBQ. It's hard to find good one in Belgrade :) but these guys exceeded my expectations. It's not fake. The BBQ is as good as it gets. Smells and tastes like home :). Thank you very much for having us!

Nothing in particular. Maybe I was missing coffee machine in the room? I understand the concept completely. People visiting that hotel don't need that stuff most of the time. But I prefer to make my own coffee in weird times during the day, when calling room service is not so convenient.
