Overall it was ok, clean, a nice experience. you can see the place is renovated and not new, there are some details that reflect the 'old' ( the bed lamps did not function, one of them had missing the button to turn it on; the toilet drained non stop if you did not press the button very fast, the extra pillow had some yellow stains on it)

on the description you see: 'valet parking, free parking' which made me believe the property has a parking, but in fact you have to look for a parking place on the street, sometimes you are lucky to find a place near the hotel, sometimes not, which is not very pleasant. the hotel does handles parking payment on a daily basis

Really reasonable price and quality. The hotel is in the modern Belgrade, quite far from the centre. But it has good design and facilities.

The parking is paid by the hotel and is in the price, but you have to find the place in the public parking opposite the hotel, somewhere, the parking is for blocks of flats, and it is for more than 1000 places I guess. It is NOT a fault of the hotel, just for you to know it could be a quest)))

it is a great room with everything that you need for a short stay! bathroom is renovated and looks great! the room is not big but has everything even an armchair. the location is great because it’s 5 minutes walking distance from the river and nice restaurants. it’s quiet and the staff that works there is amazing and ready to help with anything that you may need.

everything was exceptional. the location is perfect for those who like to visit the sights of old Zemun and for those who like good restaurants along the river. the staff is super professional and friendly. all recommendations for this hotel

The personnel, the location. The rooms were a bit small, but comfy.

The prices. We were in Belgrade for a Rammstein concert. I understand that during such events accommodations speculate and prices go up, but 3-4 times higher?! Not cool Belgrade, not cool...

Bed was really comfortable and clean, hotel did its best to cool down the halls and rooms, which was much needed thing on hot summer days in Zemun and Belgrade. Parking was included and that was important to us. TV has all channels, so plenty of options there.

Rooms are a bit smaller than expected, shower was leaking and the bathroom was soaking wet, we used the towel provided for bathroom floor, but it was not changed on the second day of our stay which was inconvenient so we had to use it for two days, even though it was super wet.

Location ok, situated in the very pitoresque region of Zemun, with easy acces in the whole other regions and attractions in Belgrade. Triple room spaciouse, but a little bit of updating for the paint/carpets seems to be necesarry.

Also, it must be improved a little more the cleaning service in the rooms.

it is good location, it’s on the Main Street in Zemun and just few mins to New Belgrade. if you want to stay in city center of Belgrade this is not your place , you will need around 15 min to center.

hotel is renovated , but still is missing some maintenance. Our plans did not work, but this is easy to fix. adding additional towels will be nice and towel for floor in the bathroom.

Location is OK, very close to the river. Breackfast was not available, the restaurant did not work during our stay.

There are no parking places reserved for the hotel. The hotel pays the public parking fee, but you have to find the parking place, if available.

Very nice clean hotel with very nice staff, in a calm part of Novi Belgrad, very close to public transport station, very close to a nice river promenade with many places to eat and drink :) It does not take much to go to the very centre of Belgrad by car or public transport.

The shower barrier was not well done, after every shower, I had to clean a flood in the shower room :-(
