The room we stayed was comfortable. And we had space to spend time in the room. The furnitures was not new but the room was clean. Since our room was looking to the side street so it was quite and peaceful to sleep after exit festival. The best thing with the hotel is the location. Easy to walk main square and exit festival by walking The hotel staff was nice and helpful. They also gifted us a novi sad magnet :) thanks for it. And we generally recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not rich. There were a few kind of things to eat but the ones they had good enough to eat. There could be some more kinds to give alternative to the guests. And the water machine was so slow. To fill up a glass of water, you need to stand and push the button like a few minutes.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the lobby is amazing with stylish furniture and art on the walls. Parrot Bubi is a fantastic addition to this lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and mini bar stacked. I don't have enough words for the staff. Jelena and Gorana went far and beyond for us. The two gentlemen (I apologize, forgot their names) helped us with parking our car in their underground garage (free of charge) and with our luggage. The genuine kindness we experienced with the staff we have not had so far in any of the hotels before. The cherry on the top of our staying was Gorana, who let my 6 years old niece pick a souvenir magnet as a gift. My niece was so happy and she said that it was the best hotel ever. She adored Bubi and made sure to wish her good morning or good night whenever we passed by. Buffet breakfast had many delicious choices. Beds and pillows super comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance from the city centre.

In general, I am not a big fan of wall to wall carpets, but it's understandable for hotel to have them.

Exceptional location of the hotel ,5mins walking distance from the city center,very clean and big rooms,our room didn't have windows but that's what we booked, and it was not an issue for me,it was very peaceful for sleeping .Very good breakfast.The stuff is very friendly, especially one of the girls working on the reception.Good value for the money.

All in all I don't really have anything particularly negative to say about the hotel,would return.Maybe the room looks a bit outdated overall but considering service,friendly stuff and exceptional location it was not an issue for me

The location of the hotel is great, a 5-minute walk from the city center. The staff is friendly and always ready to help out with any questions or inquiries. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with affordable prices for food and beverages. Breakfast was included, but it was the same offer every day. The internet connection was stable.

The room we stayed in didn't have a proper window. There was one Glass Block Window that couldn't be opened and wasn't seethrough and a small window above the bed. Seemed a bit claustrophobic.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good with various choices from which some can be changed daily. The room was comfortable with excellent additional items such as coffee, tea, and a minibar including a free bottle of water. The location is excellent, and about 8 mins of walk to the very lovely old city center providing shops, food and other activities. Just a few steps away is the marketplace with plenty of local products. The hotel is a perfect spot to discover Novi Sad.

Rooms require some rennovation as time does its work. The garage is pretty small and hard to maneuver the vehicle. Small cars can fit into the boxes, but newer and larger cars have no chance.

An hotel full of friendliness and service from A to Z. Very good location in Novi Sad centre and with safe garage parking available. Extremely good reception service and follow up. We were guided down in the garage at our arrival, had an upgrade free of charge and very good information service. Very good breakfast and above all, very good value for money. Will definitely come back again.

Very friendly staff, private parking free of charge, big room, very good breakfast. Also just opposite from the most famous kebab house in Novisad!! Met a waiter in breakfast that was speaking good Greek that was very nice and friendly!

Didn't like the area much, for a small walk. Should walk further more to be at the nice part of city. Apart from this detail, nothing really negative.

I was a bit afraid of the "no windows" rooms, but the rooms were actually very cosy, clean, comfortable and nice, I can only highly recommend the hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, and the location in town is excellent.

The only downside is that the fridge in the room was too loud.

the hotel needs renovation in order to meet the requirements of a 4* hotel in the city center. even if there were shortcomings in the hotel's facilities, the staff and good service, delicious breakfast and the willingness of the staff made up for this. I recommend the accommodation. Although the hotel does not look nice from the outside, its interior is pleasant.

The hotel location was just right at the centre and close to all the tourist attractions. It was clean and super comfortable. The staffs were very polite. The place has a very antique look with all the modern facilities. The breakfast was amazing as well. Very happy with my decision to stay here . Its value for money

May be the coffee could be better for the breakfast but it's not that much of a problem.
