I loved how helpful the staff in reception were. They helped us to book taxis and recomended places to eat. I would also like to give a special mention to the chef at breakfast who made home made yogurts and jam which were honestly the best yogurt I have ever had in my life! I hope the hotel manager can give him this positive feedback! The bed was comfortable and also the cleaner did a fantastic job of cleaning our room. Thank you to the fabulous cleaner xxxxx

If i was being really picky the only tiny thing would be our room the drain in the shower smelt a bit bad... I assume this is just plumming in an old building though, i notice that someone else also mentioned it in their review.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is relatively new but and I'm glad I was able to find this hidden gem before everyone else. It's a level of service and comfort you're rarely going to find in Serbia. Rooms are spacious and clean, the food is amazing. Really good breakfast. Thanks to all the staff in the restaurant who were able to prepapre gluten free meal for me despite me telling them about allergies relatively late in the evening. Special thanks to the lovely girl at the reception. She was really helpful with the tips what to see while in Novi Sad. The only downside that this was a short trip and I wasn't able to enjoy more. I'm definitely going to stay here again when I come back.

Despite a few minor issues they were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. The stay was comfortable and the location was great.

The hotel is relatively new and still finding it's feet and this led to some issues with background music not really been in background and my sleep was disturbed more than once. However, this was addressed by the helpful staff and I'm sure it's no longer an issue.

New, clean, beautiful and stylish hotel in central city Novi Sad!

There was a coffee machine in the room, but there was only one capsule at check-in, then they didn’t put it any more. The same goes for shampoo. There was no tea. Breakfast buffet was only on weekends.

Absolutely great location, in the heart of the city (pedestrian area). Staff is friendly and helpful, the room has been recently refurbished, is clean and looks great. Entrance to the hotel not so easy to find, but manageable. The breakfast was OK for a small hotel like the Queens.

Amazing place to stay right in the heart of Novi Sad. We were upgraded to a room with a spectacular view out over the historic center. The breakfast area looks like some belle epoch dining hall, complete with a tiny terrace that overlooks the central square. A great place!

Very nice clean comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Everything worked well. Breakfast was fine. Location ideal.

The room where they put me had no view. The shower water pressure could have been stronger. I couldn't find anybody from the staff at night when I had a question/request.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful suites, nicely decorated in a great location. The breakfast was awesome. The staff are so helpful and lovely. Great experience.

The wifi system isn't good, you have to login constantly through a website. Not a huge deal, but annoying and unnecessary.

There were no disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Wifi has a strange connection via web browser that's why i cant connect my smartphone to the smart TV for cast

Boiler was broken one day, water was barely warm. Noise after midnight. Slippers are terrible. Breakfast is mediocre, various eggs every day.
