Great staff - professional, friendly, welcoming. Quiet, historic district. Parking out front with major attraction right across the street. Off-season, so hotel was quiet. Room upgrade was really nice. Nice, modern, spacious bathroom. TV easy to handle and with multiple channels in English and German. Cozy Cafe next door and nice hot spring facility within 20 min. drive.

The restaurant smell in the hallway to the hotel entrance is an issue. No blackout curtains, not great for late sleepers.

Breakfast was awesome. Monika and Milan? Answered any of my questions at reception. The town of Levoča is an awesome historical town. The black church was very impressive. Saint Jacob was sensory overload.

I visited in April and it was a signrise to sunset town. The walls were a little thin in my room. It didn’t matter as I fell asleep immediately.

The room was very nice and spacious with lots of amenities. The staff on duty was also very accommodating.

It was a little stuffy and hot when I arrived, but luckily the windows opened well and I was able to get some fresh air into the room. The only thing that I would warn about is that the room was above the restaurant, so there could be some noice coming from there that might be easily distracting. Luckily, it rained the night I stayed there so I couldn't hear anything but rain.

Location is perfect, the main square is so nice and you're right in the middle. Room was huge, bathroom was great with big tub, everything was great.

Breakfast is good, but not great. It's a little awkard how you go to the rooms in the back, up and down in the stairs, little hassle with bags. First we saw a room facing the square but it wasn't renovated and was a bit smelly. I told the gentlemen that we saw some very modern room with tub - we got that :)

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and helpfull. The location is very good, in the middle of old town, but also a quite place. We can recommend it to anybody. We did enjoy it very much.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Levoca. It has a restaurant as well. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Paid parking in front of the hotel.

No english tv channels. Only the news. This is the case everywhere in Slovakia so far.

We could choose between smaller modern room or big apartment room. Since we had a lot luggage we choosed bigger one with rustic style. It was enormous room, but the furniture was a little bit warned out. But the bed was very cosy and we had good sleep. And the lady at reception was very nice.

Excellent location in the very center of historic town. Perfect and rich breakfast. My wife and me plan to return during the summer period again.

Perfect location, just next to the main square. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Great value for the price!
