We arrived by car and easily accessed the car park, having pre booked our parking space. The room was large, clean, full of light, well air conditioned and very comfortable. It is located very close to the city centre. The buffet breakfast, which is included in the price, has a good choice and includes dietary requirements. We were allowed flexibility to take our breakfast in the breakfast area or on the terrace. On the terrace the options are limited, however, one can choose items from the main breakfast area and take up the relative plate etc to the terrace. The Staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt. We needed an ironing board and iron and they brought them to our room immediately.

Hotel offer underground parking and you can reserve a place. Not cheap but very convenient. We enjoy a design and room standard. Hotel breakfast was pretty nice (with one exception that you can read in negative section of my feedback) variety of meal has been available. Next very positive thing is the localisation of the hotel, just at the border of old Town. In general we enjoy our short stay.

Unfortunately there was one matter that was not nice at all in the Hotel. This is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Unbelievable but during breakfast there was working just 1 coffee machine (like in small pension). So there was a long-long queue! When I ask they say that other machine is out of order and due to holiday they cannot fix it. However in such Hotel there shall be like 5 coffee machines, so if 1 or 2 will be out of order no problem ..... (that is why I score hotel for 8, otherwise score will be better) PS. parking lots are not so large, so do not expect easy parking if you have big car ;)

- position (200m from the center of the city) - variety in breakfast (European and Mediterranean) - gently staff (gave us informations and free luggage hold service) - parking service with a near multi-level car parking (even if it is quite expensive)

- room soundproofing must be improved (during the night we could hear the noise of cars and motorbikes in transit on the road) - Even if breakfast starts at 6.30 am and finish at 10.00 am, you might not find a place to seat in order to have breakfast, if you reserve a room on August.

They could be more flexible about check in timing , its a big hotel dont be sharp at 3:00 pm

The property enjoys an excellent location, in close proximity to both the city center and the train station. Additionally, the breakfast provided is of exceptional quality. Despite any shortcomings, these two advantages more than compensate for any other perceived drawbacks. Although the furnishings are modest, they are well-maintained; however, it may be noted that their style could be deemed outdated.

Upon arrival, I was told that they do not accept credit cards. I was surprised because the payment terminal was in front of me and I saw how other people were paying. The problem turned out to be that the receptionist thought that I would pay with a Russian card, which work only in Russia. I have a card of another country and I live in another country. The receptionist could have conveyed this information in a more appropriate manner.

City hotel totally exceeded our expectations. We booked the comfort room with the balcony and its definitely worth the extra money. We had a stunning view of the castle at sunset. Check in and check out were very easy. The bed was comfortable and room was very big in general. High end soap products in the bathroom were a nice touch. The bath and shower were very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, huge selection of hot and cold options with local fresh produce too. The offer a pillow menu, have a small fitness center and a nice terrace area.

Not really a fault of the hotel, but there were a lot of bugs in our room from outside despite keeping the door to the balcony closed. There's a lot of mosquitos in general in the area, but there were a lot of insects (moths, flies and mosquitoes) on the walls in the room when we arrived. The aircon isn't super powerful which makes it a little hot in summer nights.

Perfect location to access the Old Town, the real reason to visit Ljubianna. Walk a short block past a graffiti-scrawled building and there you are! The old town with its wonderful bridges and sculptures take you back to a charming past where they would not have tolerated beautiful buildings being marred with graffiti or "so called" street art which some would call vandalism. But ignore that and enjoy this part of the city with its vibrant outdoor pubs and restaurants. The people are really terrific.

We had a room with a balcony and castle view. The room was superb, very modern, comfortable beds, water provided, though tap water is drinkable. The bathroom deserves special mention - spacious, well lit and lovely L'occiante toiletries. The breakfast was also amazing, a real spread. Front desk was very helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance from Dragon bridge and Triple bridge, very convenient for visiting the castle or dining at the river front and central market.

The lobby area and breakfast space seems outdated and didn't match the room. There is no restaurant service on saturday (and maybe not on sunday).

Excellent hotel! Clean and tidy. Very good food and bar options. The staff are super kind. Cental location close to everything by foot, apart from the large shopping areas. Our room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Had good toiletries and facilities, in a good condition. Sound isolation was good enough to dumpen the street and neighbor snoring. Whoever is noise sensitive, they offer earplugs at the reception. Anything missing can be asked for at the reception and probably will be supplied promptly. Parking is available for a fee and should be reserved ahead, but that saves you money and time. Anyway you take the car for far away places and anything close by is available by foot. We had a great time there. Highly recommended!
