Very good and diverse breakfast. Beautiful hotel, pool and sauna. Amazing food at the hotel restaurant Robin. Very welcoming staff both at the bar, restaurant or lobby! Good position, very quiet and very clean air in the morning (near forests).

A bit far away and could become tiring going in and back from the city. The bus goes quickly, but there's a 20 min to the bus station. The gym is not well equipped, very few machines and not very stable. Is more just to maximum maintain your fit, not good for gym lovers. Would be great to invest more in it since the space is available in the gym. Also the cleaning staff do not always check for dirty bed sheets, and it happened to me to find the sheet that was dirty some days after i spilled a little bit of tomato on it...

The size- room specious, new, beautiful good service and clean. Matriss beds are soft. The bath really disapointing, because the water turned from hot to cold in periodoc way, of few second, and you couldnot take normal shower, just run out fast from the shower. The room was expensive, but as in all Slovenia, nothing include with it, and we did not get breakfasts. No value for money. But if you booking directly with hotel, you get breakfast. The hotel realy far from the city center, and you can not enjoy both of them. In traffic its take over than 30min ro arrive to hotel. Without traffic its 20min with highway.

I didnot like the location- too far from the center. 30min away with traffic. Without traffic 20min. Using highway. No value for money- it was expensive room, and did not include breakfast. The shower water- you could not take shower in such situation of water changing from cold to hot in periodic way of few second. Beside those, the hotel perfect.new, clean, good service.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family with 2 small children. Big property with lots to do. Child friendly! We also saw a lot of well behaved doggies around therefore also dog friendly. Room size was ideal for us with a small kitchenette and extremely comfortable. Amenities including the swimming pool were fantastic. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.

Location is 10 min from the city. Public transport is also not conveniently located, therefore having a car whilst staying at this property is a must.

The premises is absolutely high level. It's located close to the highway but at the same time fully surrounded by a forest which gives you a beautiful and peaceful panorama. The room is excellent: clean, large and the beds are simply the top! The personnel is highly professional with a natural behavior to make great the customer experience ( I had just one issue which they fixed immediately, exceeding my expectations, well done!!

Nil...may be just extending breakfast up to 10.30, which helps "lazy" people on vacation :)

There was a very good choice of meals for breakfast. Parking was spacious and I never had issue to find a spot. Bar Team was super friendly and professional, the same for the front desk. Location is convenient for travelers - very close the highway. Parking at the hotel is equipped in chargers for the electric cars including the supercharger. Great massage options offered in the SPA

Breakfast room was super crowded every morning - I think it is a bit too small to the size of the hotel. Especially that there are no external options for meals in hotel neighborhood. I am not sure what was the hotel policy regarding replacing the towels - they were replaced every day. This was not eco- friendly. Limited offer of hotel spa - apart from massages (which were great!) practically no other services.

Everything. The location is perfect. Free parking for customers or underground garage for 10 euro per night. Very clean rooms. They have the old Sheraton and the Newly built Sheraton.

Super easy to teach from the motorway and has an electric charger for the car which was very helpful for our mid journey stop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel very nice and all very clean. If you are staying a while it’s a bit far from the centre so you need a taxi (or can use the hotel concierge) we only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast but it was great for what we needed! They also have a nice looking pool and facilities though we didn’t get to try them.

Room was clean, spacious and had everything we need, bed was very comfortable. Also, we liked a lot design and colors in the room, entire hotel is very stilsh. Breakfast was delightful. Staff very helpful and hospitable. Free parking is a big plus, also you can choose to park in garage for 10 eur per day. We didn't have time to try fitness center and the pool so can't rewiew that part. Hotel is next to the highway but surrounded with a lot of trees so you have feeling you are deep in the forest.

Small thing - room didn't have balcone.

The hotel is superb + the friendly staffs. It has everything inside a restaurant,a bar, an ATM, and a spa. They have spacious parking space + they have the charging station for electric cars. The room is huge and clean and good for family. They have a lot of food choices for breakfast. My husband had a super nice massage and he told me its recommendable👍

When we had our check in I guess the receptionist forgot to inform us about the exit card. So in our day 2 when we exit we paid 25€ for parking but when we went back to the hotel the receptionist gave us voucher which we used in bar for snacks. In our 2 nights stay I observed their menu in restaurant doesn't change. The location of the hotel is good enough a bit far from centre.

Fine breakfast, big choice, just cappuccino non too tasty. Fine swimming pool but little bit small and not too much space for clients (sunbeds). Really kind staff especially in bar! Very friendly. Great thing - iron in the room! A big TV in the room also thumbs up!

Uncomfortable bed. I missed more bath accessories (cotton swabs for example). The restaurant is good if you have no mood to go out. But nothing special. There was water in the room but other drinks you can buy downstairs. The room was really cold, maybe the heating was not 100% switch on because of energy crisis? I know only that I had a cold in the room all the time. Hair dryer was really disgusting-never cleaned. Full of fat from the hands of persons. Or maybe somebody ate a dinner with it.
