Great hotel with very nice and clean rooms. The staff was great and friendly at all times. The breakfast was superb, had everything for all tastes, from fruit and cereal, to tuna, fried bacon and omlett, and also lactose/glucose free products, rice and almold milk, and a great variety of fruit juices - everything of great quality! Regarding the parking which I see people complaining about: the hotel has a very, very limited number of parking spaces (I think 20), and they are handed out on a first come, first served basis, for a 20 euro deposit (for the remote, which unlocks the parking space). Ask when you check-in if there are any free spots. If you see that some parking spots are free, it does not mean that they are not given away to other guests, as the guests have the remote and during their stay are free to leave the parking spot, lock it back up, and drive to their destination, and later return and continue using the same parking spot. I wanted to clarify this, as I have seen many comments regarding this issue and being there I realized how it works. During our 2 night stay we also went to Ikea on one of the days and the parking spot might have seemed free to others, when in fact it was used by us, it was just that we where away using the car. There is also a public parking lot in the back of the hotel which has many free parkng spaces and costs under 10€/day, in case you miss out on the hotel's own, free parking spaces. Personally, I would rate the hotel 11/10, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with everything they offered. The location is also great, there is a bus station (Kino Siska) 2 minutes from the hotel on the main boulevard (from which there is no road noise during the night however), where you can catch a bus to the city center (10 minutes, 1.3euro/person) or the nearby shopping mall (5 minutes, 1.3euro/person).

the hotel is really beautiful from the inside, great food choice, best meat I had in my life, lot of useful information for tourists and comfortable seating at the reception, many TV channels with choice of more languages, very comfortable bed

much further from the city centre than it seems, insufficient information on allergens in the food, only buffet meals at the hotel restaurant, the hotel restaurant stopped accepting Visa cards in the middle of my stay, no answer to both my written and oral complaint on people smoking on the balcony in front of my room, quite noisy even with windows closed, but mostly coming from children and other people entering their rooms, the cleaning ladies were usually coming to clean rooms unusually early in the morning

Staff, location (we came for a gig which was just behind the hotel so we practically could go there in our pyjamas :)), parking in front of the hotel, comfy beds, cleanliness.

Sound isolation is a disaster, no A/C or any other heating/cooling control in the room, very poor toiletries (practically there are none), hand soap is a challenge (or more a nailbreaker), another example of the shower which was designed by the people who never took a shower, and no welcome water/coffee/tea. M Hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it really is not.

Good location, the city center and train station can be reached within 15 minutes by tram, 30 minutes on foot. Clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. Little bath tub. Good breakfast.

The walls in the bathroom are paper thin and other guests were extremely noisy - it was fine in the bedroom, but taking a bath after a long day was not very relaxing. Food at the breakfast was mislabeled. Among others, there were 2 types of sausage, one was labeled chicken and the other one pork. On the next day, these labels were swapped. Since I need to avoid pork due to health reasons, this was not great.

The accommodation was fitting well to our expectations concerning our short trip to explore Ljubljana. We liked that the hotel is situated in a more "modernistic" surrounding. Even if it is a little outside of the city center it was easily to get there by car and foot. Breakfast was okay.

The close by public parking area was not too expensive. I was just a little irritated, as I mentioned that parking there is not for free or already included in the booked price. I misunderstood the letters "Parking" on the cover picture of the hotel on booking.com.

The staffs are super friendly. They allowed us to check in early, greeted us warmly when we arrived & told us that there was a red level storm coming soon, which we totally underlooked. We were provided with useful infos about means of getting to down town in this unusual weather & where to lunch in. House keeping staffs are super helpful too. We had a great day at Ljubljana, which is beyond our expectations. Would like to come back for intensive travel in the future.

Staff very helpful. Nice and clean hotel. Well equipped room with TV, fridge, bathroom etc. I had aasked for a room on the upper floor and from here I had nice view of mountains. Excellent breakfast included. Car parking is included and is at side of the hotel you can park your own car. Its about 20 minutes walk into town there are rental scooters and bikes outside so I used those. I assume there is a bus if you dont want to walk.

An excellent hotel. Staff was beyond polite and friendly.

It was clean, and very modern. AC was good, and it had several USB chargers and other plugs. TV had international channels, which was a plus for my parents who did not speak Slovenian. The only thing we couldn’t figure out is how to turn on the refrigerator. You have to remember that once you enter the room, you have to leave the key card in the wall reader inside the room, for AC and lights to work.

Location of current hotel is very comfortable and easy accessible for those,who travel by car. The hotel has its own parking,but it is very limited and can be taken only within certain time of day. so if you are arriving in the late evening that won’t be possible. Luckily, right next to the hotel theatre is a big payable parking space with a reasonable pricing. But,please,be aware that sometimes the paying automats are not accepting the cards and get ready with some cash. The hotel has very friendly and helpful stuff. it is very new and clean and there are amazing breakfasts in the morning,which makes M hotel a total catch.

It is not something that we didn’t like about the hotel,but I think it is worth mentioning it in a separate place. it is around 30 min to walk to the city centre from there,which is honestly not so much. But if you are staying more than one day you need definitely to consider taking busses sometimes. Luckily, there is a bus stop right nearby,which has many options to reach the city centre.

Some amenities were lacking - such as mini bar (although there was a fridge) and bathroom vanity packs. Hotel bar closed pretty early and there are limited options for night life in the area. The location is a bit remote but fine if you're visiting by car
