Everything was great! Nicole and her team were excellent. The hospitality was the best we received in South Africa without being overwhelming. We got upgraded to a bigger room and it was comfortably spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing and you got to tell the chef whatever you wanted. Nicole have very good recommendations and was always in contact if you need any help. The massage/wellness facilities were amazing. Best I had in a long long time.

Nothing… they don’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste so if you’re used to that, just gotta bring your own!

The hosts were amazing, the house was amazing, the tour guide was amazing, this was more than a 5-star property. We were accommodated so well with all our needs met easily. I was there for my birthday and the chef made my cafe from scratch. You step away from your bedroom for a second and when you go back it has been cleaned. We would leave and come back after midnight and somehow Njabulo (The host) was always just waiting by the door to open for us. The chef made amazing food and it was really just a high-end luxurious home away from home. I will definitely go back in a heartbeat. Money well spent.

The heated pool and sauna did not work throughout the whole period of our stay, which was disappointing.

Absolutely Divine getaway in the midst of a beautiful garden with scenic views supported by loving caring staff who became more like family actually 🤗🌈From the kindness of Carole to the patience of our butlers and our “walking menu Alanah “ to Hannah and the spa therapists etc .. I will definitely be visiting again 👏👌❤️

You will be amazed by every corner of this property. Cannot recommend enough!! Was the perfect end to our trip. We also booked the sound healing and deep tissue massages, both of them were world class. Make sure you book their treatments the service and experience was fantastic. All of The staff were also extremely accommodating. The chef is the best we’ve ever had in a stay such as this - make sure you try his brownies, they went down perfect with an evening tea by the fireplace in our room.

amazing quite and peaceful location, staff were super helpful and always happy to fulfil requests. room was amazing, and very comfortable. The in room loose leave tea selection was an amazing touch.

a better understanding of how drinks ordering works, and what is included in the room price would have been helpful on check out. we didnt realize that drinks were included in our room price.

The facility, the service, the food, the location, the luxury, was absolutely incredible. The butlers were expertly trained, and the level of comfort throughout our stay was better than what I have ever experienced. Nothing we could ask was too much for them. This was hands down the best accommodation I have ever stayed at.

The view from the room was fantastic.

The rooms are built in a way that the curtains do not really make the room dark. Hence, with no additional means you wake up at 4:30 during summer. Nonetheless the staff was very helpful and found an alternative solution. But without that I would not have been happy at all.

Set at the foot of the hills in the picturesque Hout Bay the sanctuary lives up to its name. The a accommodations are absolutely perfect and had us relaxed within a few moments of arriving. And the staff (Jay and Doc) made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. We will be back!

Everything...best hotel I've stayed in and I've seen them all. Stunning environment. Perfect architectural creation.

Ummm....will need some time to think of something I didn't like. Maybe the eed for a guard with an AK47 on the gate but even that was reassuring.

Only 4 lounge chairs at the pool - it could get crowded if all rooms are booked. Might be good to put some lounge chairs on the grass
