The appartment was equiped with a living room and kitchenette which was a plus for me. Full coffee station with a coffee machine and kettle. My room was bigger than normal with Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime channels to choose from. I was greatful to have an air conditioner and window that opens up to get fresh morning air. Enough cupboard space to hang and pack my cloths for my 5 day stay with a digital safe to keep my valuables safe when doing sightseeing. Housekeeping services daily and on the weekend. The fridge was bigger than normal with a seperate bar fridge. Daily water, juice and small milk replenishment. Location walking distance from shops, coffee cafe and restaurants with easy access to roads for daily excursions. My car was safe in the basement parking garage, giving me piece of mind. Day and night staff at reception were friendly and helpful making check in and out fast and easy. Great value for your money.

To enter and leave the parking garage, your face is registered to open the boom gate which was bothersome, as I was not registered and had to give my room number every time leaving and entering. A parking token or card will be easier.

Great and modern apartment. I enjoyed it from the first until the last day. Kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom with closet and spacious bathroom available in the king delux version. De Waterkant is a great area close to CBD, Waterfront and Seapoint at the same time. My most preferred accommodation so far in Cape Town - also perfect for remote workers like me.

There was construction noise from next door/floor but I didn’t feel disturbed.

This is really one of the best hotel brands out there, where the price matches the size of room, service, location etc. The rooms are modern, very well cleaned, comfortable, with good finishes and extra amenities like a coffee machine, fridge etc. The ability to park inside the building, with security makes it a very comfortably stay. The airconditioning works very well, and the staff are friendly. Easy walk to de Waterkant, the City Centre and ideal location for major events at CApe Town Stadium

I would just add extra curtains to block out the light - as currently its perhaps not 100% dark.

The place was extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The entire room was clean and nothing broken or out of place. We had clean towels and bedding daily. The dishes were washed too every day. The parking is safe, secure and covered with a 24 hour security guard. We had complimentary WiFi, water, canned juices and milk. The location of The Quarter is less than 1km from the V&A Waterfront and surrounding areas. I would HIGHLY recommend Home Suites Hotels De Waterkant and The Quarter.

I had a one night stay for a business event. It served my purpose well! The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable and the juice and water in the fridge was a bonus as I had no time to shop. Pod coffee was much appreciated too. Good location, safe and secure parking. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Would have liked the option of a bath but only because I was hosting a big event and needed to unwind but certainly not an essential requirement.

I had two stays here with a trip to Hermanus in between. I absolutely loved my stay here. The suite was like new, had free Netflix, had everything I could possibly want! The bathroom was large with a huge shower! The location was wonderful with a SPAR grocery store nearby. I chose to use Uber a lot, as this was recommended, especially for a solo female traveler. I wouldn't hesitate to return for a stay here, and I loved Cape Town!

The facilities are clean, very aesthetically pleasing, and the service was great. It is also in what seemed to be a nice and safe neighbourhood. Check-in was simple and quick, and the daily cleaning service was very much appreciated! I also liked that it was quiet at all times.

The absence of an extra blanket and not being provided one despite having requested it on the first night. Otherwise, everything was exceptional!

Fantastic stay! From staff at check-in to great design of suite. We had an amazing stay! Beautifully designed space. Blackout blinds and noise blocking windows. King size bed with great quality bedding. Small touches of milk and coffee pods as well as a bottle of water in fridge. Quick R50 uber ride to Waterfront. Have to mention guy that handled our check-in - excellent reception, thank you!

The staff that check you in are amazing, very helpful and always pleasant to deal with. We have stayed here previously and preferred the first apartment we stayed in that was open plan as opposed to the apartment that had erected a dry wall with high window to close the bedroom off- felt it closed in and stuffy. The apartments are well appointed and so clean and excellent location.
