It's a lovely small hotel. Rooms are very large, 2 restaurants and a bar, all serving really good food and drinks. It's extremely popular so the restaurants are always busy. Again, the room was spacious. Bathroom was very quaint and also a good size. I had a private garden, especially lovely when the weather is warm. The staff especially at the reception were exceptional - extremely polite and helpful. I am not sure who I spoke to for my initial reservation but there was an error and Booking.com cancelled my booking, when I called to rebook, they were fully booked however the person at the reception was beyond helpful recommending alternative hotels which she didn't have to do.

In the bistro not all the waiting staff were as attentive but in the scheme of things this is not a big deal. All in all there was absolutely nothing not to like - it was a great hotel.

What a treat. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out I was treated like a queen. No matter what I requested it was provided - no hesitation. The staff were welcoming and professional in every aspect. The room and bathroom were spacious and just so perfectly decorated - it has even given me ideas to redecorate my home. The food was delicious and the service again was just exceptional. I noted that I had a fish allergy and this was actually taken note of. Thank you.

Personally, I am not a fan of the fragranced sticks and air purifiers - but I understand the necessity of them. In future I will request that tit be taken out of the room before I arrive and returned when I leave.

The welcoming staff was super amazing, going they offered to take our luggage to the room and also offered to remove the airport cling wrap from our bags while we were having dinner at Blanko, the restaurant was so beautiful and the and our waiter Mr G was on point and the dishes he recommended for us were to die for, finally we got to the beautiful room, so stylish, clean and very spacious with breathtaking views... We woke up early to go for greenbelt trail, came back and enjoyed our breakfast at La belle which was so delicious, filling and plenty of options to choose from. we enjoyed a friends party at incognito on Saturday night and finished of with the massage at the Marly on Sunday, not forgetting to mention our house keeper Unathi, she was also so amazing.

Breakfast and location superb

Our early supper at The Bistro on the Saturday evening was pleasant but marred by the surly service of the young White staff member when we paid the bill. Our waiter had disappeared and we went to the desk to pay. The service was everything but friendly and courteous, this after telling him that he had omitted a dessert from the bill. We could have left without paying for the dessert and he appeared irritated at having to total up the bill again.

It was incredible, the level of service and staff attention was second to none. There are two amazing restaurants on-site which both offer room service, fantastic food options and the included breakfast was excellent. Everything was done with a smile and the rooms were beautiful and perfect for us as a family. Will definitely be back!

Location was good and it was easy to navigate to the property. Room was clean and comfortable with no external noises that bothered. Breakfast was not included in our stay but we had breakfast at the restaurant and it was all good.

The hotel sent a message and 2 emails requesting that I should click on a link to make payment. I felt that the booking was confirmed with the terms to make payment on site. It is not likeable to receive those kind of messages while travelling and I am also not going to take the risk to click on a link on my phone to make a payment. It seemed that most of the guests at the pool was non-hotel residents.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and really feels like a special stay - the bedroom was huge with a gorgeous bathroom and all the required amenities, the communal hotel areas were stylish and the gardens and pool well maintained.

We had a couple of issues with using the facilities but hotel staff were really helpful in resolving them.

This is an outstanding property. Breakfast, and indeed all the food outlets, are excellent and the service standards are outstanding. The SPA is highly recommended. This is a must stay to add to your list.

All the staff were happy & very attentive which made all the difference. The bedrooms were very tasteful in design, large, with gorgeous views of the garden. Christmas gifts were a nice touch left in our room. The pool was quiet & well staffed. The food was good. We loved our stay.
