The executive suite was nice and spacious. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were amazing with the exception of room service staff. I would definitely stay here again as it was nicely located for all amenities and activities within town and surrounds.

Room service staff dropped the ball when it came to timeous delivery and they forgot items in the order the both times we ordered. The music from reception/restaurant area is rather loud so it was difficult to get any sleep with a room on the lower floor and it’s on throughout the night so I’d suggest lowering volume at the very least.

The hotel values making profit over loyalty to in-house guests. my partner and I stayed with this hotel for 1 week , the hotel knew we were extending and not checking out . they took a new booking and proceeded to ask us to check into a new room of which was smaller and of a higher rate - NO complimentary breakfast or compensation for their inconvenience towards us . I don’t know if I can suggest you staying at this hotel more than 1 week - they might chase you out like they did us .

The place is very nice and chic. It is one of those rooms, where you enter and feel you are at a luxurious place/hotel. Our room was amazing. An amazing facility with an impressive bathroom. The bathroom was huge: with a stand-up shower, a tub, and a separate toilet, and two sinks. So it is perfect for a couple. The decoration and the amenities of the room were amazing. The hotel in general is spectacular. Not sure about the location. It is close to everything, but we took uber/taxi everywhere. We did not walk around, so not sure about how safe it is there.

Sumptuous breakfast spread

Hostess at the restaurant reception was unfriendly. Her attitude was unwelcoming and repeatedly mentioned that the restaurant was due to close in 10 mins at which point I asked if she preferred I did not eat my breakfast. she quickly realised my disappointment and tried to smile. Recommend further training and coaching is implemented

The breakfast is amazing! It’s such an extensive buffet with loads of options (cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, pastries and bakery goods, selection of fresh artisan breads, a hot buffet with the usual suspects, waffles/pancakes and eggs made to order). The rooms are a good size and the bed and linen is incredibly comfortable. I loved having a bath tub as part of the bathroom set up. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful and friendly. They helped me get a doctor when the cold I caught in transit wouldn’t get better. I ended rebooking to finish off my stay in Cape Town here.

The pool is more of a plunge pool - you won’t be able to swim laps in it.

Check-in was smooth, front desk agents were super friendly, room was great. Didn’t use any of the facilities as only stayed one night. Overall, a great hotel to stay at. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and great location

Aircon is too complicated. I would love an aircon you switch on and it works without pressing this button and that button. Parking is a bit restricted in the sense, the parking spaces are too narrow. And it’s very confusing to/from parking to/from room/reception. I got lost trying to get to my car!

Gorgeous end to our trip! We came here after leaving an AWFUL place because it was so bad and losing our money, so we were in a panic. SO glad we did this. The room was divine, so large and comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. 24hour room service, amazing breakfast, super comfy bed, delicious dinner, WONDERFUL spa! So happy we stayed here, will be back!

The view from the pool / outside bit isn’t great as there’s a busy road outside.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Nice and clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. We had lunch and the food was amazing. Definitely coming back with my family soon.

There was a stuffy carpet smell in one of the dinning room tables when we had lunch, but we moved to another table and all was fine. I suspect something might have spilt on the carpet, but like I said, we moved to another table and all was good.

The hotel itself, the room and the staff were all very nice and the room was very tidy and clean.

The only thing I'd mention is that we waited at the bar for quite a while before the bartender was able to come around to serve us as he was a bit preoccupied with making orders for the restaurant (not patrons sitting at the bar) and the waiters who were waiting for their orders kept crowding right next to us at the bar. It was quite annoying and bothersome as they kept talking loudly. Perhaps having them wait or ask for their orders at the back of the bar would work better. The cocktails we were served were very strong and not tasty at all. We could both only taste the alcohol. There were also one or two items on the cocktail menu that apparently "weren't being made anymore". Perhaps the menu could be updated.

Room was spacious and modern. We had a free room UPGRADE from standard room to Executive Suite which felt like a safe haven after a long day. The spa experience was the best I had experienced in a long time, felt like we were in a little cocoon. Staff was super friendly, special thanks to Dominic at the reception.
