I had an incredible experience at Airport Inn and Suites and a large part of that was thanks to Justin or T jay I call him. Throughout my stay, he consistently provided top-notch service with a warm and welcoming attitude. He was not only attentive and professional but also went above and beyond to make sure every drink and interaction was perfect. His knowledge of the drink recommendations were spot-on, and he made the bar feel like a personal experience each time. If you’re staying here, make sure to visit the bar, Justin or T Jay is a true asset to this hotel!

Simple and flexible check in (if they’re able to accommodate you). Clear and responsive communication when you contact them either on this platform or via landline (this is more advisable). The room was extremely spacious and allowed us to do self-catering with ease. Furniture is a bit dated but well looked after. The linen (anyone’s concern when you are doing travel stays) is always immaculate. The thorough work the cleaning team does to prepare for you is commendable. If you want a homely and affordable stay, this is the best option. The travel time from the airport is also amazingly short. Access to main road and amenities is quite convenient. I’ve been their client for a few times when I visit. They do often get booked out. So in as much as they have ample rooms, you’ll be surprised how quick they get booked. KB 🇿🇦🇿🇦

The room was very clean bedding and towels top notch,,self catering loved it,,I loved everything,I mean everything,,it feels like home away ,,wow ,,we had great anniversary thank you,,by the way we were Celebrating our anniversary for the 2nd time in this place 🥰🥰

It's not like I didn't like it but I can suggest if they can move swimming pool to the sunny side ,, like the walls they make it cold so if possible move it where the sun will reach fast ,,thank you

Staff we're super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Very accommodating.

We were left stranded by the hotels shuttle driver, after booking him to bring us back to the hotel from an event we attended. Luckily nothing happened to us. We were stranded for 3 hours trying to make alternative travellings arrangements.

I have stayed at this establishment for the last three years when attending an annual conference. It is safe, clean and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, especially for business travel.

It is not within walking distance to shops, so you do need a car to get around, or to arrange for Ubers.

the venue was close to the airport , convinient and in a quiet place. staff was also friendly and the venue was not far from the shopping centre hence the perfect choice. would not resist to refer it to others.

Beautiful, Clean room with all the necessities. Some of the staff are VERY friendly and helpful. My multiple stays in the past say a lot...

Noise from the swimming pool was not well controlled, and needed a complaint to reception weekend days, which was not always well handled. One staff member simply ignored, others responsded and acted immediately

Cleanliness of the room

1. The advert wasn't clear when I made a booking for I thought I have booked a 1 room with double bed inside only to find that it was a room with 2 single beds inside which forced me to change bookings to cottage with double bed and another room with 2 single beds. 2. Hospitality was a no no.

Comfortable accommodation. Close to the airport. Great for overnight stays. The restaurant was closed for December, which meant we had to order in. Otherwise it is a good stay. AC was nice

The bed was a bit uncomfortable leaning to one side and there was moving of furniture in the room above through out the whole night depriving us of a peaceful sleep
