I liked the fact that the staff created a type of family room, since i wasnt going to feel comfortable to leave my kids without supervision in a seperate room next door. They went the extra mile, 10 stars. Thank you!!

I didnt like the fact that there wasn't a microwave in the room where i can warm up my food or plates to dish up in. We came to relax and it didnt make sense to leave the room to go order and eat in the resturant. And there was a noice during the night almost like a vacuum cleaner, or aircon or something. Not sure what it was but it kept me awake for hours.

Love this hotel. Staff are absolutely amazing and always friendly. They really do go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I've stayed here a few times now and I won't book anywhere else.

I didn't like anything! There isn't anything to dislike unless you are super picky.

Their rooms were large with very comfortable beds, the cleanliness was out of this world and everything was just perfect. The staff was very accommodating as well we could only check in at midnight but they were kind enough to allow is even though it was way past the latest stated check in time

Everything was perfect

The room was spacious, had fridge for the drinks and snacks, beautiful clean bathroom. It was very quit and peaceful.

Breakfast, they offered same food every day eggs, beacon, tomatoes and beans. Some cereals such as weetbix, corn flakes and muesli and yogurt, but no fruits which would have bean a nice touch. I also think they can introduce more pastries to their menu.

All staff were warm and welcoming. Able to provide solution to need and assisted in providing directions. The breakfast was great and on time. the room was perfectly clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location is good. The hotel is accessible and near amenities. The hotel has alternative power 24/7 in case of power cuts (load shedding). Great staff , very helpful and professional, clean rooms. Value for money. 💰

Hotel could use a renovation and facelift. New carpets new furniture, new paint new curtains etc.

The staff is amazing..always helpful in times of personal needs,they assisted me with my car battery,even though it was not for them to do that.will always choose Apollo hotel over n over again,it feels like home

Very decent room. The staff were truly friendly and go beyond on services. Breakfast is just ok and repetitive. So staying beyond 2-3 days, then having it over there is taxing. Security is well-taken care for.

Breakfast is the only aspect was not great. Apart from breakfast availability of foods were not that great. But Uber Eat is allowed till room, which is a good.

Everything was awesome They actually say they don't have a restaurant, but we had breakfast, lunch and dinner the whole stay and it was always very amazing

The heating system. They didn't have electric blankets and the aircon just blew cold air
