I really enjoyed my stay with The Residency and surely will be back because from the location, security and staff was just excellent. The rooms are just simply amazingly beautiful, very clean...the bathrooms were classy,the bed so big and comfortable. The number of tv channels covers almost all I ever needed. Keep the good work up...the prices are just great and in fact they surprised me as I got all the good stuff for the amount i was charged. Excellent work management and keep it up!

Absolutely there is nothing I didn't like but wished I had money to add my staying days at The Residency.

Cleanliness and warm welcoming staff even responding promptly if one needs something or have a question.

Last time we were there loadshedding did not affect us as much as it did this time...seems they had their own generators which made us not suffer. We come for business and lots of practising and planning presentations which this time we had a big set back...The Residency is so exceptional except for the ongoing load shedding in SA that is so unbearable and really affecting us negatively sometimes.

The location was good. If you are the quiet type, it's the perfect location. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Security was on point. Access to the town, malls, and restaurants was within reach. Will recommend it for anyone wishing to have a good, quiet johanesburg experience.

Generally, all locations I have been to don't have blenders and enough kitchen stuff for groups

Itwas clean , staff were friendly, nothing to complain about ,I will definitely go back on my next holiday. Thank you so much for your hospitality itwas great staying there for a whole month.

Just try to clean the bathrooms before customer check in that’s all .

It is actually my third time booking at The Residency Hurlingham. It is with doubt my second home now. The place is very clean and fresh and the staff is friendly. Security is great 😊

Suggesting that every must have an iron instead of requesting it from time to time. Open all dstv channels

Thé location was very good. I loved the facilities. We managed very well with the family

They hardly provided towels for us we always had ask or go to reception for towels.

The locations is superb, close to the amenities .

There was some noise coming from another room for the better part of the late night. I did not have the energy to go to the personnel on the premises to ask that they minimise the noise. I felt that this was audible to them as well.

It’s is very cosy and has 2 bathrooms… The beds were big enough even . The gate service very welcoming. They cleaned the place and kept our things in place.

Less blankets and it is cold now. The air cons need and upgrade. We had a problem with hot waters The bedding had stains Only one towel per bathroom yet there were 4 of us

I wished there had been some emergency light for loadshedding time. I sat in the pitch dark for 2.5 hours. I called reception but they couldn't offer anything. I think they should have at least a small LED light...even if one pays a deposit.

Secure and very close to Sandton city

It was noisy at times,with some residents playing Lound music and kids shouting as they played in the car park.
