Everything - we stayed on 37th floor with an amazing view of Joburg and the city skyline. It was a milestone birthday for my husband and the hotel really made it special which we very much appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you could need, with lots of attention to detail e.g. international plug sockets, as well as USB and plug chargers built into the bedside table. The staff were all professional, very friendly and helpful. Other reviews have complained about the slow service for breakfast but that wasn’t our experience. It’s not a buffet, it’s prepared freshly so you expect it to take a bit of time. We really enjoyed the different options and great coffee. Room service was also efficient with good menu options. The location is perfect - right beside Sandton City for shopping and less than 20 min car ride away from rosebank, cbd, etc We loved our stay, thanks to all the staff for making it a great one!

This is being extremely picky and in no way affected our stay but sometimes the housekeeping wasn’t as thorough as could be - came late in the afternoon once and didn’t replace shower cap/towels once.

Fantastic stay overall. I will most certainly be rebooking in the not too distant future. The staff were excellent across the board. Lerato at reception was exceptional in particular during the entire stay but particularly during check in. I appreciate all your efforts! Only recommendation I would make is an improvement on the breakfast menu. It’s a tad boring and doesn’t offer anything exciting and when you’re staying for a long stay it gets repetitive!

Honestly, nothing!

The apartments and the hotel itself are always clean and look new every time I stay here.

The only thing that is super annoying is the room service system. There’s always an issue with either the wrong menu or no menu or wrong hours or something going on. Otherwise the food is tasty. But getting it to your room is a huge pain.

The apartment was splendid. Everything was provided in excess, from the kitchen appliances to the towels and toiletries. We were spoilt for choice and pampered by house keeping staff. The apartment and entire hotel was extremely clean. The pool and gym area were spectacular. The hotel rate is quite expensive but great value for money spent.. I can't wait to come back there.

The breakfast was poor. A place like that needs to make provision for better meals or better yet a buffet setting for breakfast. One of the reception staff Lerato had a bit of an attitude

Overall we like the place although we stayed 1 night only. The staff, the facilities, rooms, and beds were above our expectations. They were so kind to give early check in as we requested. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was very close to the best attractions in the city and in a secured area. We really enjoyed and like this hotel. I would recommend it for everyone especially for muslim travellers as the washrooms are equipped with Shattaf (only muslim can understand what I mean)

The only negative point in the hotel was the time taken to serve the breakfast which is I noticed this in other parts of South Africa, they really take long time in preparing the food which might be part of the country culture which is good, but not for a traveler with tight schedule.

Spacious luxury apartment with stunning views. The romantic turn down was exceptional. I really liked the shuttle between Leonardo to DaVinci hotel. Location is off course great for activities in Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square

The Club music opposite the hotel went on till 5am and it was difficult to sleep.

Enjoyed the rooftop bar, but thought the cost of going up was a bit high, for a guest. At that price they could have included some free snacks with the drinks!

Staff is amazing. Very responsive to anything you need. Gorgeous hotel unbelievable views incredible location. Food is very good. Pool is beautiful and the spa is great. Highly recommend.

Leonardo is my go to in Johannesburg. Great location, great staff and just overall a great experience as always!

Breakfast menu. Seems to be the only thing I always say requires improvement!
