For us it was a good cheap option to stay a night in Knysna. They have everything you need, like a fridge and a lot of kitchen equipment.

We had ants in our room and the floor was a bit sticky. Also there was a lot of dust on the floor and in the carpet. Otherwise the cleanliness was okay.

It’s 5 mins away from our function venue, warm and welcoming, clean 👌felt like home 🏡 the Guy I forgot his name, very friendly and welcoming

The receptionist (lady was loud and not friendly at all), please buy new firm pillows, otherwise I enjoyed my stay

The facilities were very comfortable and clean; The owner is involved, friendly and truly has a passion for the travelers passing through - Thank you Jen.

Not everyone would always appreciate a communal coffee and kitchen area; Depending on other customer feedbacks you'd want to consider more of a self catering approach and catering for a small fridges and kitchen areas inside some of the more spacious rooms. Perhaps also consider a catering for a traditional Braai area. Also, perhaps not high up the priority list, but it would make a big difference if each room had their own television set.

For easter weekend which is a Holy time, the stay was noisy in middle of the night. Loud music from buildings nearby but other than that it was a lovely stay at your premises.

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help. We had originally booked a twin room but when they saw we were a couple they cleaned a double room especially for us. The building is really beautiful, a cute communal lounge area is available and a kitchen. Lots of helpful pamphlets on things to do. A short drive from the lively island area and the coast. Great value for money!

We had a great stay, friendly staff and super comfy beds

Location unfortunately is not great, there were drunk people swearing and screaming in the road during the middle of the night, which kept us up.

Location and set up. It is right of the Garden route main road. After hours the Loeri is fenced and there is 24 hour friendly staff around.

Nothing to complain. All fine.

Maybe because we were there at a Friday night… it was noisy (party in the neighbourhood)

The atmosphere and the very warm welcome by the owner, but also the rest of the staff is very kind and urban. We had a very good explanation of possible activities and tips for restaurants around the area. The rooms are spacious, stylish decorated with a comfy chair/coach etc. A home away from home. Both the rooms as the shared lounge and kitchen were very tidy and super clean. We travelled with children and we were situated in two rooms next to each other, with a double bed and to single beds, so very thoughtful.

Unfortunately the guesthouse is close to some bars / restaurants with loud music. Not too loud, but for a light sleeper, it might be of inconvenience. On the other hand, the guesthouse is on walking distance from the Waterfront and other facilities, such as a pizza (take-out), breakfast cafes etc.

The pillows that was on bed was not stiff anymore, it was "pap". In fact it felt very old and had lumps. Both me and my colleague woke up with a stiff sore neck which resulted in headaches for both of us.
