My partner and I really enjoyed the fact that the apartment was modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when asked about entertainment and other surroundings. It is also very convenient to have the mall within walking distance. During the day we would visit places such as the Sudwala caves, lone creek falls, sabie brewing co and many more. At night we would sit back and enjoy movies, making romantic meals and each others loving company. Definitely would recommend for a couple getaway.

The place is a esthetically pleasing. The pool area amazing. Got take a lovely swim as it was empty. Late vibe was nice if only they could have an early cut off as it got too noisy.

Breakfast buffet charged at R220, for someone who is a light eater, I feel this shouldn't be the only option for Breakfast. In the room there was a QR code for a menu that had some lighter Breakfast, but at the restaurant they couldn't serve that. They should also have security at night guarding people leaving, as drunk people were so noisy leaving the place and the music DEFINITELY IS LOUD, we couldn't sleep. Otherwise for GROVE people, that is a place to visit.

Theres nothing I didn't like

The booking doesn't include the rooms with amenities that the hotel offers.. example when I was booking the rooms it said apartment.. which I thought would be the room with the living room and kitchenette on the side.. but after reaching the hotel I concluded that those rooms are not included in the application

Cleanliness, the super modern concept of the apartment and the proximity to the mall. we traveled with 3 children and it was super comfortable to manage given the conditions offered.

We arrived at the hotel very early and aware that the check-in time was 2:00 pm, we went to the mall for some time and returned at 2:00 am to rest, behold, the room was not yet ready, supposedly because some guests do not respect the check-in time out. we had to wait at the hotel wall for a few more minutes. I suggest you change the scenery.

The service all the way through... The breakfast great, Nontobeko great service from her at breakfast and dinner and drinks worth it as well as comfortable set up as there are many options.. Selby gave us great service... It was the best... Im happy and when we left the two ladies at reception were very friendly and told us they hoped to see us soon.. I give the hotel 100 total and will most definitely refer friends and family

At point of arrival we were received by Thandeka at reception, who was not friendly.. She asked for ID which I didn't have at the time.. Friendly I said to her I didn't expect to issue it as it's my friend time with the Capital... I had no problem with issuing ID as I assumed it's for security reasons however the tone and attitude in her response I was not happy. She is not polite and has no smile.. She shouldn't be at reception as it's the face of the hotel

I liked how clean and neat the apartment was ❤️ How affordable it was and the expectations the came from with the price I liked the how spacious the apartment was The bathroom I've never seen anything like that before 👌 The products we used to reserved for us The kitchen unit exceptional ❤️👌 How comfortable our bed was with clean and soft sheets and pillows

I think we need more security there at the hotel. Because there are many strange cars near the entrance as if they were watching us. You should have a more serious control of who enters the hotel, to know if you are actually staying or are going to stay, because entering to make use of the atm can be a pretext to make customers become victims

The staff goes out of their way to make your stay special. They are all friendly and professional, from the cleaners to management. The hotel is very clean and neat and the beds exceptionally good. The breakfast is brilliant and the restaurant very good, although a bit pricey. Will definitely stay there again.
