Larry is an amazing host, friendly and very accommodating. Room was very clean, bed very comfy, linen and towels exceptionally clean and changed frequently. The swimming pool is set in idyllic surroundings and the garden is immaculate. Location is perfect for any holiday or business stay and a quiet neighborhood. Peanut, the house cat is extremely friendly and affectionate and just made our stay extra special. Thank you Larry, Peanut, and staff, we will definitely visit Fields Rest on our next trip to PE. The weather.

The apartment is located very close to the airport, which was great for us! We even went back to the airport by foot the next day to pick up our rental car. The rooms are very clean, the bed very comfortable and all in all we really liked it! Larry is a really nice guy and we felt absolutely welcome and comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!

The place was close to amenities, quiet and relaxing, family enjoyed swimming 🏊‍♀️ in clean and well maintained pool. Larry helped my husband change car tyre and recommended tyre services company to help mend the tyre. When we couldn't open one of his locks after a late night out, he easily came over after we woke him without complaint.

Larry is a very nice and friendly man! He warmly welcomed us and showed our room. I especially liked the location of this place - it’s very convenient if you have an early flight. Everything necessary was in the room. The room itself is very cosy.

Bathroom is separated from bedroom by a wall, however there is no door. We didn't mind as we are a couple but may not be convenient for other groups.

Larry was very helpful and informative. The room has everything you could want and has private access. We were completely independent. The location is perfect for travelers and very quiet. Thank you so much again for the great stay and help! P.S.: Your cat Peanut is awesome!

The location is great if you want to be close to the airport. We had a super early morning flight and it was handy being so close. We had a rental car but the airport is about a 12 min walk if you wanted to walk it. Larry was a great host! I’d recommend this place for a stop over in Port Elizabeth.

We just stayed one night and appreciated the location close to the airport! Larry was a great host, super friendly and helped us organizing a taxi for the early morning (you can also walk within 10 min). The room was well equipped and had everything we needed!

The room felt a bit humid and the smell was not really pleasant. The bed is relatively small for 2 people, but of course that’s subjective.

Comfortable & clean room The property was secure, but the surrounding area felt safe enough Handy location within 15 minutes walking distance of the airport (or a very short drive). Also, close enough to a couple of bars/restaurants.

Location is very good, in 10 minutes ride from airport but very quiet tho, which is quite important for good sleep. Hot water. The host is very friendly and nice.

Electricity shut down was in the morning however we have charged our gadgets at night.
