the variety and quality of the food in the restaurant. the stuff. the area is quiet

The room wasn't ready when we got there. the safe in the room wasn't reset. the toilet paper wasn't replaced. the towel was wet. the night lamp didnt work. the remote for the air conditioner was hidden. the telephone didn't work. the shower head was squiruting all the directions and it was very unusable and hard to shower. we didn't get water bottles in the room. the acoustic in the bathroom was bad. the closet in the room was in a dark place without lights.

I loved everything about the hotel, from driving in to ask for parking. The security outside were very friendly, warm and helpful. The reception was excellent and the receptionist who helped us to check in was friendly and informative about what the hotel has to offer. Now wait till we got to our room... Wow!!! The room was very nice and clean and I just fell in love with it. The kitchen / restaurant... Their room service was exceptional and they have time to explain what's on the menu and also let you choose from their variety of dishes they have prepared. I loved the dinner and breakfast was also excellent, thank you once again for the wonderful service guys.

I didn't like the fact that I had to check out. That is the only thing I didn't like.

Thank you for accomodating us with the shuttle to and from our event sights. Service, your driver, was extremely friendly and humorous. Thank you for setting a up special table for us as requested for Friday supper

4 beds in a room was overcrowded. We could have been 3 in a room rather. The much-needed aircon was out of order The handle in the middle of the bath was very uncomfortable and impeded movement, and the shower curtain was too short and stuck onto the body. The bath should be removed and replaced with a full-on shower

room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable with clean bedding and clean sheets and pillows. the floor i stayed in was very qiute and it made me very comfortable as i need quiteness when sleeping.

it is not what i didnt like. just a recommendation on Parking. As a Hotel guest i felt partking on the outside parking was a bit of inconvinience because the inside parking was full due to an event hosted there until 10:00. i feel hotel guest parking should be inside and people hosting can be allocated outside parking. but its just a recommendation.

Shuttle services we received from Obed it was exceptional 🙌 very calm and patient man. We really enjoyed his service ❤️👌 We enjoyed breakfast as well it was delicious ☺️ Staff was very friendly 😁😍❤️

We booked family room, everything was fine except that tea utilities was only for 2 people and towels were too small we they can place 4 big towels rather than 2 small and 2 big cos the maximum number of that room is for 4 people we all need to be accommodated. Also I would like to suggest that you put air freshener and toilet brush since the room is shared by 4 people

This thing of getting out of the room to get the irons is really not good at all.. They must deliver them to the rooms on request or make them mounted in the rooms. This is the only reason sometimes is getting hard for me to book at their hotel. At the reception they must allocate more stuff especially during the checkout and the check inn times. Last time I had to wait for more than 36 min before a can be Attended or the preference given to other guests known to some at the reception.

The food is amazing although a bit pricy but fantastic, the staff is very pleasant and welcoming to address you and inform about anything regarding the hotel. The room is big and bed is quite comfortable and there is a safe to lock valuable items which is a plus for me

I think if they could integrate more showers into hotel instead of a shower and tub it would be great or integrate a glass cover to reduce water spillage when showering

Cleaniness of tge hotel and friendly staff

Room was extremely clean though it's small and everything was in good order. Receptionists were professional and friendly. Check out time is 11h00 and that's very reasonable. I had to leave my laggage there whilst going to my meeting after checking out and they gladly assisted with that. Hotel shuttle is effecient and the driver is such a gentleman, he assisted with carrying laggage even at the drop-off point

I liked everything about the property, the aesthetics, the friendly staff and special thanks to the guy that helped me carry my stuff and show me around the hotel…just forgot to read his name tag

I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have a fridge, I came with drinks on Friday and already Saturday they were hot had to go buy cold ones at the garage.

It was unfortunately that the plugs were not working in one of the rooms we booked. We were given another room. The internet was so poor, we couldn't even watch TV in both rooms.

The hotel is very clean and have very friendly staff. The food they serve is the best in town. They have a shuttle services. We spent a day in Menlyn and the fetched us later. It has a gym and spa.
