1. I liked the that the staff from the reception was very friendly and assisted us very well 2. they even issued us a remote for the gate so we don’t have to hassle with getting in and out of the facility 3. the beds were so comfortable with comfortable pillows 4.the area is very quiet and very close to Menlyn Mall and Time square (just a walking distance ) 5. They had smart TV in the room i used and it has Netflix with very strong wifi that was a plus

1. There was a funny smell on the blanket , couldn’t use it at all and i think it make the bed smell too . 2. Not enough mats in the bathroom and the sleeping area you . 3. The rooms are not well sound proof you can literally hear sounds from next door .

The place is clean , you can actually hear yourself thinking as it was a quite place ..

The staff should at least have good customer services , especially the reception guy and he be rude and that's one score down . Customer service is not excellent but it can improve .. for as long we aren't treated differently based on our age or race

The following inconveniences can be addressed - No TV in room even though my receipt confirmed satellite TV. - No lightbulbs in bedside lamps - made nighttime reading difficult - No hangers in cupboard to hang your clothes

The room is well appointed, especially lovely bed and bedding. Nice little balcony. Felt safe. Cleanliness 100% Breakfast was tasty. Look forward to staying here again, thank you.

The bathroom towel rail was broken, no spare toilet roll and not enough coat hangers. A little table on the balcony would be nice

Their beds are very comfortable.... Value for money given the area. Quite close to the Arena like R30 Uber from the place as that was where I was heading.

Their breakfast could use some improvements. The food tastes good but the service is not that well structured.

Loved how clean and cozy the rooms were and the staff was very friendly. The locations is very peaceful and quiet and you definitely get value for your money. The venue is very close to Menlyn Mall so no need to drive far for some shopping.

There is not enough parking for all the guest's cars, I had to park somewhere next to the electric fence. There was no milk in the room for the tea and coffee, also not enough tea, coffee and sugar for the guest.

Was clean , was comfortable , simple and easy, close to all the places I needed to be, and was in a nice quiet area . I Felt safe . Staff was friendly. Breakfast was convenient and good. Will definitely go back .

The light at the mirror in the bathroom wasn't working ... but all else was so good, I got over it.

The breakfast was very welcoming. Location fairly close to Wilgers Hospital and very close to Brooklyn Mall. Friendly and very helpful staff. Having WiFi available.

No Television. No heaters for winter. Bathroom facilities. No candles during Load shedding.

There was no milk in the room and there were small insects. Oh n the floors shd be tiled 👌 except for the above the stay was good

The overall stay was amazing and gave me the experience of being somewhere on vacation. It has an amazing view and very clean. It was very comfortable and would recommend to anyone.

There was no specification that breakfast is sent to the room and you have to ask beforehand.
