I had a wonderful stay. The staff (especially Memory at the front desk) were incredibly pleasant and helpful. My room was both comfortable and charming, and the entire property has a beautiful, antique feel. As a solo traveler there for work, it was the perfect place to stay. I am already looking forward to returning for a holiday to enjoy it even more.

The only issue I encountered was that my room did not have a remote for the TV, so I had to get up to turn it off, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, when I showered, some water seeped into the room—not a major concern, but something worth noting. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay overall.

Memory (her name) is the heart and soul of this house. Thanks for being around but never intrusive. Also the owner are very kind. The site is nice and it's a pleasure to stay there.

The outside chairs and table are a little uncomfortable. Not a real complain, but a little bit of cleanup/renovation would be nice.

IT's a beautiful all house, very well furnished and comfortable. Clean, quate and very good communication and very friendly and helpful staff.

Would have liked to have a shower. We manage with the bath, so we are not complaining, but shower is always better for men.

I loved the way the rooms opened onto the pool area. It was extremely peaceful and the bed was very very comfortable with lovely lush bedding. I did not want for anything and thoroughly enjoyed a well presented breakfast. I would book this again in a heart beat.

When we arrived - it was load shedding We awoke to load shedding Returned to load shedding and awoke again to load shedding - entrance was dark to move around - it would have been convenient if there was a generator or an invertor for lighting and plugs ( charge cell phones )

We loved the old world charm of the house surrounded by beautiful gardens and the large bedroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Although a nice size we found the mattress rather worn and uncomfortable. I would also like to suggest fresh milk instead of Cremona for the coffee / tea tray.

Brooklyn Manor is an excellent facility. The reception was great and the room was very spacious. Great value for money.

I didn't know about the block out curtains behind the sheer curtains, so the room was lit up by outside lights the whole nigh. Guess that was my own mistake. The water pressure was extremely low, so the shower was not that enjoyable. Warm water, but not a lot. The room was extremely cold. There was a wall heater, but there was no indication where to put it on.

Beautiful space, lovely staff and very central to everything. The garden with seating is such a lovely touch.

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect.

We have stayed here before and we have found it to be a great location, beautiful garden and pool. Nice room. A bonus having a small kitchenette. Bed was a bit soft and towels could be better quality but all in all happy.

TV didn't work and the lady tried to sort it out and couldn't, she then called someone else to help and he couldn't help either so the TV was left only on radio... basin tap leaking and bed mattress a bit soft.

Its clean and quiet. Very safe too. Ashley was excellent! Very helpful .

That they do not have a Kitchen/restaurant and that you have to make it known the night before that you would need breakfast the next morning. Though the staff is helpful in getting food delivery services.
