During our trip to Busan, the LCT Suites were on a significant discount (60%), so it definitely felt like we were getting a very premium property for a very fair price. The suites were extremely spacious and luxurious, and in a top location in front of Haeundae beach. I would definitely stay there again and would strongly recommend it as a place to stay for others.

The instructions for the suites were all in Korean and extremely difficult to decipher for non-Korean speaking guests. We noticed that these suites had a lot of electronic/ digital functions e.g. heating, cooling touch pad, lights, induction stovetop, washing machine etc and the fact that the instructions didnt cater for non-Korean guests was frustrating at times. There was also no phone line to 'reception' so you had to email and wait for a response before you could get help with these functions. Nevertheless, these are minor complaints compared to how awesome the accommodation was as a whole.

Everything. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had two kids - 5 year old and 1 year old and stayed for two weeks. We felt very well looked after. The breakfast buffet for example - when they saw us come in they always brought out the baby seat and kids cutlery even though we didn't ask. And always gave our kids extra sweets! The kids loved it. Not the staff's fault but on the last day when we were leaving to the airport the elevator got stuck for about 20 mins. The staff were very apologetic about it. All good. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Huge, clean, modern, and with a fantastic view at the ocean and Heundae beach == great location (3-4m walk to the beach).

Checking-in is highly uncomfortable. We arrived on the summer (~hottest day). We had to sit in a lobby with tons of other folks (families with kids), crammed in one big area, without any AC or ventilation == sweating like, well, …very much… While guests were served one-by-one, politely, yet slowly. So we had to bear there in 40+ Celsius with no air movement for ~30 minutes. Inside the building in lobby past reception. That was weird and unexpected, given the quality of this accommodation.

We had booked a junior suite with ocean view, which had two bedrooms (one double, ensuite and one single with a bathroom next door). It was practically a very big apartment with all needed facilities, very clean and a really great view at the sea. It does not have much personality in terms of decoration (think of it as service/corporate apartment) but it was very functional, few minutes walk from the beach and the blueline park. We had a car and it was also great that we could park at the garage for free. The staff was responsive through the booking app. Overall, we would stay there again and thought that it offered very good value for money.

As others have said, finding the reception is not straight-forward (it's not at the entrance of the building) and it would have been helpful to send instructions in advance on how to reach the reception.

This is a high-end luxury condo-style 2 bedroom suite. View was spectacular at 19th floor literally looking out to the Ocean at beachfront. From lighting, heating, kitchen, bathroom and laundry, there were all high-end accomodations. Our bed was probably the best out of all the hotels we stayed at. Location is prime as well, as you're mere stone's throw from all the Haeundae attractions. From there, all the hot springs and tourist spots were also mere walking distance. As a guest, you had to drive down to the basement garage and check in through the staff at the garage. From there you have to go through labrinthe of glass doors to get to the elevator to your room. Other than this minor inconvenience, rooms were impeccable like suites in Beverly Hills and Manhattan, and service was outstanding as well. It's a bit of drive if you want to visit Busan's JaGalchi Market and International Market, but was easily achieved with a rental car.

We stayed in the presidential suite. The property is right on the beach. The suite had three bedrooms and bathrooms and was breathtaking. The views were incredible.

While it was the residential part of the property, there wasn’t a proper front desk or concierge to provide the level of service one would expect. We noticed the hotel parts did have such service. We also noticed that some of the guests in our building were helped with their luggage, but we were left to manage on our own. One person, Daniel Ha, was very helpful in getting us a large car to the train station at the last minute.

The apartment was lovely. Great location (5min walk to the beach, right in front of the building) and fabulous view from the room. Comfortable beds, lovely shower with good water pressure. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Would recommend.

Not enough towels in the room. 4 of us staying and 2 towels provided, had to ask for more. Also no toilet roll. Nothing major though. A good place to stay!

The apartment is spotlessly clean ! The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate laundry room with dryer and washer. Everything is so clean that it looked brand new. It has quality furnishing and a thoughtful layout. Has a great view of the Mipo harbour area and the ocean, with the beach just at doorstep. A supermarket is located in next building, and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Helpful staff !

Would be great to have an iron/ ironing board in the apartment. The futon was on the thin side.

Location was great, very smart apartment and felt very luxurious to be so high up with gorgeous sea views too. We were very happy!

The down side was that we were told it had 3 beds - we didn’t realise one of them would be a very thin mattress on the floor! Our daughter didn’t mind and i think to call the very thin pack away mattress a bed was a stretch!

Beautiful high floor with top notch appliances and spacious living room and bedrooms. Check in process was a bit confusing as the direction was not clear, thankfully our korean-speaking friend helped us out. Location is right on the beach and minute walk to it. Great restaurants around the area. Some of the amenities were restricted to us.
