Great location, very clean, strategic, helpful staff

The room was exactly as expected, a little small but we made it work. It's the price to pay in order to stay in Hongdae for not too expensive :D The balcony was great to have especially with such good weather. However, it is not allowed to smoke on the balcony, so just keep in mind in case you want to book it for that reason. The staff was lovely and helped us bring our heavy suitcase up to the 3rd floor, much appreciated!

The sound proofing was really not the best. We could hear everyone passing by in the hallway, talking in their rooms as well as using their hairdryer in the middle of the night. It's indeed a festive neighborhood and most people staying here would probably come back to their rooms late in the night, so there will be noise at 1am unfortunately.

Loved how central this place was. So close to hongik university station which is where every train and bus links through just about. The nightlife in hongdae is the best in all of Seoul. This property being in just walking distance of that was awesome. Super safe for female solo travellers like myself, especially having multiple PIN codes to access the building.

Did not have the most comfortable beds. No standard/larger towel for showering, only facial size towels.

Location was amazing. Hongdae is a busy town but this hotel is location just around the corner which is pretty quiet at night which is just what you need to wind down for the night. Truly love the room & service. Minimal yet sufficient for a comfortable stay

The only thing that was lacking is the space size of the stairs leading to 2nd floor. We had 2 big luggage and bringing it up and down the small stairway was a challenge.

Firm, extremely comfortable mattress!! Small double-door window. Very efficient AC/heater (be careful not to leave it on or you will come back to a way too warm room... not to mention a waste of electricity). Plenty of desk space with a fridge and a few condiments. Fast responses from KaTalk. Only 5-10mins to main street and Hongdae shopping area, and right near gelato, food, and convenience store (FYI tip for staying in Korea, if you need a microwave just go to the convenience stores).

Good location, near the subway and minimart. The room is spacious, clean, and has complete facilities. The staff is friendly.

The hair dryer is very loud and may disturb other guests.

Love the location. It is super close to main shopping area. The staff provided thorough instructions on how to access the room after official check-in time. The room was clean, and was good for sole traveler.

It might be difficult for people who carry big luggages since there’s no elevator.

The location was phenomenal, a short walk from Hongdae street and right next to a good 7/11. Would recommend.

The location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to one of the key subway lines made it easy to get around and having a number of cafes and hongdae street nearby was excellent

The bed - for me it was just too hard

The location was good not far from the subway station and easy to walk to Hongdae area. And the hotel has a garden where I could chill during the stay.

The a/c was loud.
