The hotel was really near the station exit and shopping area in Myeongdong which makes traveling around very convenient. Will recommend using station exit 1 if you are traveling with luggage as that exit has a lift and escalator. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and able to communicate in English. Do note that the AC is not adjustable during the autumn/winter seasons as heating is turned on but you will be able to open the windows to adjust the room temperature.

Great location. Near airport bus stop (bus 6015) and Myeongdong train station. Just a few steps away from the shopping streets. Many food choices, convenience stores, even money changer nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly l. Room cleaned daily. Bottled water provided. Super comfy bed, pillows, and comforter.

Shower is in the bathtub. No slip- proof rubber mat. High risk for accident. We bought a rubber mat from Daiso to solve the problem. Small dining area. Didn't get to try hotel Breakfast.

Location was great as it was within walking distances to Myeongdong Station. The staff also cleaned the room daily and refilled the amenities which was thoughtful. Staff was also friendly and assisted to hold our luggages before our check in at 3pm, which we appreciate as we could take some time to explore the area since we were early.

Room definitely feels a bit smaller than expected but has everything you need. During the season change, mosquitoes were noticed but it was gone as the weather cooled further. Also, the rooms definitely need some paint jobs as they definitely don't look good.

Good room size and bathroom. Amazing location!! All other amenities were really good.

Bedding has a plastic sheet underneath which makes for a very sweaty nights sleep regardless of the aircon. Also plastic pillowcase underneath regular pillowcase which added to the sweatiness.

Hotel allows the storage of luggages before check-in and after check-out. The beds are comfortable and there is hot water for showering. The location is near to the metro station and shopping streets.

There is no space to open my luggages in the room. The cooling system was switched off from mid October onwards, even though the weather has yet to cool down. Hence, it can be quite stuffy.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. On one of the quieter streets of myeondong, but a 2 min walk into the thick of everything. Close to the train station and bus stops. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The cleaners were thorough and the rooms tidy. The rooms were not that small for the middle of Seoul, enough room around the bed and great sized bathroom with a bath. 7/11 across the road, bars and restaurants on the same street. Amazing location and comfortable hotel for our stay.

The hotel being at the quieter end of the streets was needed. There is no sound proofing in the rooms. You can hear anyone in the hallway and the music and noise from the street. Good news though, the bar across the road is very considerate and turns their music down around midnight.

The Room/bathroom were clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, close to public transport and main shopping area, lots of food options and convenience store very close by. Wasn't noisy so could sleep fine. Would definitely stay there again.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable, too soft/flat for my liking but my daughter found them fine. Would have been nice to have a little more space to store luggage, we had to put suitcases on the bed to access them then close them up and keep in walk way against the wall to store them. Lights were a little dull.

great central location. good service from staff. there was a weird smell on our room though - smelled quite damp. good service, would arrive to clean room :)

The room was clean and amenities were sufficiently provided. The staff were attentive and friendly. The complimentary coffee and biscuits and water refilling station that’s available 24 hrs at the lobby were also very much appreciated. Great location at the heart of Myeongdong, a stone’s throw away from a 7 Eleven, and close to Myeongdong subway station. The stop for the airport bus is also nearby.

The AC was not working due to the cold weather so we needed to keep the window open but it was very noisy outside. If we close the window, the room gets quite warm and lacks ventilation. In the hotel, a loud alarm also kept going off repeatedly even at 4am in the morning which was annoying. On my first night, I woke up several times due to the alarm and noise and was eventually forced to get up at 5am. The room was clean but in the last two days of our stay, the room was not tidied even if it was not on do not disturb mode and they would not clean outside of their regular cleaning hours even when requested. They provided fresh replacement towels though upon request. The hotel was good but the experience can be improved.

Great location at the end of Myeong Dong Night Market where the night crowd and noise won't disturb you. Very friendly and helpful 24/7 front desk staff who is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Was really helpful with the water cooler at the first floor and the cosy business lounge where you could settle quick meals with the kids. Coin Washing machine and Coin Drying machine were extremely useful as well. 7 eleven was conveniently located just opposite the hotel, in case one would need anything. Overall, a great experience for the price we paid.

The rooms were a little small and there isn't much space to place your luggage. I stayed in the Family Twin Room with my 9yo and 3yo. Apart from the bed space and a small tight area at the desk, there really isn't much walking space.
